Otherwise, perfect times in Czechoslovakia after the Velvet revolution.
great, just found this (sorry) loved the only ones in the late 70's and become an REM fan from an introduction from my late wife.
You've got a seasoned professional playing with a bad garage band. Hopefully they got better since 1990.

it was probably an paper plane, just an harmless communication initiator
it was a sign of the time- when the song was originally recorded -fans threw everything.
