“It’s not running right” sums up the Hoffman’s entire mining operations
I cannot stand Todd Hoffman.... total fucking loser
@@marshallmontgomery931 every time something started to work well for him he would do something else it was like he was trying to fail ins the 1st few seasons you root for him but then his idiocy shows through
@@jimskywaker4345 Todd Hoffman especially turned me off with nall his religious prayer etc.... IT HAS NO PLACE IN THE WORK PLACE..... EVER
I hate how Todd just started to do well in Alaska and then he was all alright then why don’t we try South America and mess up how good we were doing.
@@crippin748 plain and simple todd is a dumbass
You know, it’s been nice watching Parker grow and learn and actually get rich 😂
@@MattyMalvs9 someone's butt hurt their daddy didn't pay for college
@@ArcticZombie it isnt a bad thing. Hes just jealous of duded success is all. If you got handed a million dollar business and dint know what the fuck you're doing it will be worthless in 2 years. This kid took a good business and turned it into a multi million dollar business. Quit bitching about what others have on the internet.
@@ArcticZombie dude said what he does is "easy when you have it handed to you". That's wrong. And who gives a fuck how hard someone struggles? If life is easier for some we shouldn't acknowledge their achievements because they sudnt struggle enough for it? You dont have to be wealthy to see how retarded that is.
@@MattyMalvs9 Give Parker’s nose a job. He might find something by himself up there. The guy is a dick and one of the most unappealing characters on the show. He better fuel up those excavators before they tackle his nose 🤣
@@MattyMalvs9 he earned it
Everyone is so critical of Parker. Did he make mistakes in how he dealt with people? Yes....but he was just young and inexperienced. It takes many years to learn what his grandfather knew. Yes, its easy to say that he should have just listened to his grandfathers advice....and that is true....but also easier said than done. It just takes years of overseeing people to learn the skill and ability in how to effectively communicate and ultimately earn the respect of those you lead. At 26 years old I was put in a position of overseeing my first construction project. It was many years before I was able to oversee in a way that was effective.
You guys can say all this shit about him but look where he is at life compared to you - exactly shut up
@@ethanwebb6402 does that ever work? Telling people to shutup...no
@Floyd1504 ....see that a lot in the comment section. Ive been where parker is. Today, in my late 40s and having managed hundreds of people....sometimes 100s at any given time....he just seems to be making his way through the nearly inevitable learning curve. Watch him today compared to two years ago and one can already begin to see his growth. Its tough to run a business. It seems easy for most on the outside looking in (this includes employees), but there are pressures that will never be understood until being the one holding such responsibilities. I left the corporate, project management, world many years ago. Since then I started a business and am continuing to progress. I cant imagine having the responsibility at parkers age. I made enough mistakes at a very early age just simply attempting to manage people...but add business owner on top of that is a pressure most cannot handle
He acted like most young adults would act when put in a position of power with no experience leading. That’s pretty much exactly what you’d expect
Look at him now buddy 😊
Parker’s Grandfather is the kind of man that you’d want to make proud. Such a soft humble soul, he nurtured Parker and is so understanding on how to manage people. RIP John Schnabel
"He has visions of earning 1000s of dollars every day, and i hope he's right" -Grandpa schnable
well i'd say he got there
@@dmac7406 You even watched since season 1? He's built up a empire from a small mine and crew, barely got 100ozs first season
@@dmac7406 He was bequeathed a mine site, i don't get what your point is? You just sound bitter and sad to me
@@dmac7406 It seems like you're pretty jealous lol, anyhow maybe you should also work hard so that you can give your kids and grandkids something to inherit, or perhaps you become worried someone will come along and say the same thing to them as you said about Parker resulting in you doing fuck all in your life :)

nows hes 27 making 10 million dollars MINIMUM every year, he had more than enough money by 25 to retire for the rest of his life and still support his family and live in luxury but he decided to keep going and see how far and big he can make his business and carry on his grandpas legacy
I have fallen in love with parker's grandpa. What a great guy he is!
Yeah RIP to him
Yeah, when I grow up in want tot be a grandpa like him!
1:08 probably my favourite line in the whole series, and Todd's face after tops it😂😂
What did he say?
@@aguacatewuakamolexd2008 "You know they're amateurs when they dig through with their fingers" (instead of say, panning or otherwise filtering it)
Parker deserves a lot more respect because he’s come along way and paved a life for himself he’s a very hardworking determined young man and I’m very envious of him
Parker’s grandpa reminds me of mine. He was a really nice soft spoken guy that everyone loved too. A hard worker like Parker’s also. In Maine in the 80s everyone would pick potatoes during harvest. At 70 he’d pick 100 barrels a day, which is just insane
I can only imagine how proud his pap is
I used to watch this show with my mom when I was a kid I remember Todd’s crew being the focus i forgot about the show until now it’s so surreal to hear the narrator talking about season 1 in hindsight.
Parker and his grandfather we're like peas and carrots ❤️😭💪
Weirdest comment ive ever seen
@@mrmoron2.048 agreed
me, as a corporate office guy, love watching Parker working in the nature out in the wild doing this risky but exciting gold mining I find it fascinating 👍
Parker really called him out telling him he don’t know why he’s doing. 😂
Todd should have quit right then. Parker loses more gold in a season than Todd can imagine
I find myself going back to the old episodes I love Parker's Grandfather The man is a true gentleman And
A great part of what Alaska's And its people all about. Parker's crew Number one
The whole show should’ve just been about parker and his journey. Screw Todd and his band of amateurs.
Then again seeing them screw up time and time again was the entertainment.
retire at 25 with 2 million.. lol how old is he now and just pulled 10 million out of the ground last season
23-24
@@michaelarmannsson5559 i would estimate he'd get about half as is the case with most mines, which is why it is still a lucrative job if you find good ground.. there is also a reason he has got this tv show i'm sure most machine costs are covered from his earnings from gold rush alone if not all and some fuel which means he gets to keep an even bigger chunk of what comes out.. that along with the soaring gold prices recently i bet he made a REAL pretty penny, most men working for him would be on a 3-6 month contract with the opportunity at a bonus if you perform above quota, they don't get a percentage of that gold and i am willing to bet they are not on more than 25 g US for their 3-6 months work, the bonus at the end for Parker would strictly be for tax purposes no doubt
10 million every year
@@LivermooreJesse965ud😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Parker is inspirational
I miss Parker’s grandfather. He was a great man.
“You don’t make money if you chase the help off.” Simple yet wise words.
Parker's story and crew are the only interesting ones in this series, Tony has his moments
That's called fabricated drama. Welcome to showbiz ace
Eff Tony! 😂😂
Parker is a legend
Love this!
Parker has come a long way is a short time, I miss the days his grandfather was alive. I'm sure he's watching over Parker & very proud.
Parker knew what’s up from the beginning.
I like parker. He might be piss off but his mentality will push people around him to the limit
Hard to see rick and Parker part ways. With Ricks operating mindset and Parker’s leadership they mined more gold than the entire fleet. Parker is the boss and needs to continue what he’s doing whether it hurts his workers feelings or not. If you were paying people thousands of dollars and they kept slacking, breaking, and not listening to you wouldn’t you be pissed as a boss? People gotta grow some thick skin and soak it up and continue working. It’s not easy getting everything you want. you gotta work for it people. Best wishes for rick ness as a new mine boss for this fleet this upcoming season. Let’s go!
I like Parker he’s a good man firm and tuff gets results
So glad when Chris left those dopes and joined Parker
Hes grown so much. A real working man's hero. Better with people these days too.
Parker the kid is rapidly taking over the gold business up there
I see you parker all time in gold rush and i live on puerto rico
Best move Todd ever made.
Sensacional park melhor caçador do tesoura o avô senti muito orgulho desse Neto...
Love how blunt Parker is.
There is No other to parker, this young kid made it. He is the best Gold minor.
When John said: You can not make money if you scare the help off! His eyes told Parker a lesson he learned long ago!
How far this boy has come
He’s done so well what a legend
Parker’s grandad at 2:58 is like the real-life “Uncle Ben” from “Spider-Man.” That look says, “with great power, comes great responsibility.” How could you not revere that man and his austerity?
Parker and his grandad were the reasons I tuned in at all!
The Schnabels were the real stars of Gold Rush.
Nyc videos
This dude was grown quick
Ol' Gramps told him not to get angry and do conflict with his employees.
Parker has a nose for being cocky and sarcastic and being to "bossy" sometimes. u can clearly see in later seasons that he is a little "powersick" sometimes. be the Boss u wanted to work for.
he also have a tendency blaming others and even not listen to others opinions, thats not the Boss be, i bet deep down he know.
treat people with respect and u will get it back, no riddle there.
good luck, Parker, im still ofc watch the show, seen you grow to a real miner, and i really really really respect you for that!
talent is rare, and here is a real gem!
You don't make money if you chase the help off! Best advise I've ever heard
Well parker I hope you look back on this episode and say YES I did it
If you can't get help from someone younger but smarter and better at it, than you, without taking it person, you should find another job.
As long as someone knows better you should listen to them, not take everything they say as truth, but you should absolutely listen, evaluate and be appreciative of the help.
Parker -50% popsicle 50%human
I have feelings for the grandpa he was just like mine
0:43 mini Parker
Parker s grandpa was a great man rip grandpa jhon snable
I've been watching the show since season 1 and 2:00 really hit me.
Look how innocent he looks ............ hmmmm not anymore he responded by nearly getting knocked out by his staff 🤣
Really wish i know how to work for them its always been a dream of mine im 21 and have all my tickets for all the equipment they use except the rock truck
parker handsup man now and this in video time really handsup man inspire person u swearly
Grandpa was a wise man. He gave Parker a blueprint and he ran with it.
parker is a real boss trust me id work for him
Hes had loverly life only wish for this !!
6.08 look at the nugget
And look at him now💯
Deveria ser traduzido como e passado no BRASIL.
Beleza 👍👍👍😎
I wish i was there.
Wish I had the chance to meet John.
Granpa was right. Parker definitely knows how to get gold. But he doesn’t know how how to be a good manager
2:56 when the grandpa gets serious and means what he’s saying so you better listen.
Was just about to get into to it and they skipped to season 9 :(
Whos watching this in 2021
Me
Put a friend.‼‼‼💋
Gold Rush.いいですね!
Inherit a gold mine. Have a Grandpa and Dad that know how to do it. Get given alot of land and working capital. If I had this id be a Millionaire too.
You also have to know how to do it yourself then on top of that actually go and do it. Not everyone has the commitment or will to do that
all that expence for peanuts in gold all those claims have been mined
The thing is that Tony is a smart man, he bought land that already had been mined knowing that it still had few nuggets here and there. All he had to do was wait until the price of gold increased. Now those scraps of gold are worth mining. Intelligent business.
Parkers grandpa the 🐐 🙏 rip
people like to say he didnt handle things right but when you have a crew that doesnt want to respect you and follow your grandfather you have to draw the line respect goes both ways and being disrespectful to your boss is never a good idea
Hi
This is a comment directed and at Parker you're a good boss but being stern I understand being a man I understand cuz I am a 44 year-old man had done it scene it you need to treat your people like people okay you're a good person your grandfather was a great man God Rest his soul God bless you and God bless him don't stop being stern Parker but treat your people as the worth without them you have nothing remember that
And that's why no one will remember your name.
Im sure parker reads youtube comments hahah too busy stacking chips
I watch this
What episode or season that?
What episode is at the beginning of this video
How did Parker avoid getting his ass kicked by the guys working for him.
What happened to Tod. Now
He tried becoming a lounge singer
Parker Schnabel
Now parker was rich than their neighbors 😅😂
Quien iba a imaginar que es chico seria la peor pesadilla de los Hoffman
Helo top paz ✌
RIP John
All these fools hate him because he strives hard and gets rusults better than theirs. Even at 20 he had 10 years more experience than those blokes. Glad he’s done well from it!!! Hah his pop he hopes he makes thousands a day. Yeah well he’s 25k+ a day!!! That hard boss attitude made him successful!!!
Who is watching this in January 2024 ....Parker needed 3mil to retire. He just spend 15mil to buy a claim :D
I miss john
R.I.P
RIP John Schnabel
3:11 I saw grandpa's face and I got scared
Now this is a real success story
Tony is a ass, but he does give Parker experience to stand up to him in later seasons
Sometime being an a**h is a good thing especially in Parker’s shoes..people take advantage kindness for weakness and nothing good will come out of it. Grandpa’s right in all the ways of respect but in order to become success in a Business you have to be Parker.. Look at him in 2020 worth $8 million more than him and his grandpa expect from the beginning.
Only if wasn't in the physical. Shape im in id try my luck in alska at. Gold mining but i m not able physically able parker is blessed im happy him do so well
I like to see parker with Jeff Williams
Tony has always been greedy even to his family 😆 🤣
Grandpa parker seems like such a great man!! And parker practice showed Todd how to mine... And still Todd treated him like shit.. but parker made money!! And Todd got older!
Parker still lacks experience leading a crew.
He's getting there, though. He's improved over the years already.
Big steppa
Humbled . That needs to be done to sum people
Looks like a more Shady Shia LeBeaouf
Everybody's got more experience than you Todd..
Parker was right all this time no leadership makes it no where’s but trying in the long run makes more
