He neglects to mention in northwest WI has been 54 degrees on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with rain, we broke record warmth 1920s was the last time we were this warm on Christmas, yet once again these weather guys never mention us.
In western New York, we are having the warmest Christmas in over 40 years. I have also noticed that when it does snow, it melts very quickly. As a kid, I remember there was always piles of snow on the ground during the winter. Saw some very egregious chemtrails triple crisscrossing the sky on my way home from work last week. Much, much worse than the typical long trails which are mistakenly identified as contrails by the complicit mainstream media. Scary times indeed.
50 years ago, we had a blizzard in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine on Halloween, then nothing for snow for the rest of the season. I remember everybody was freaking out over it, saying it meant a bad time for the flu and other ailments. I don't recall if that was true, but the next winter, we were socked with snow, so I guess we survived ok 🙂🫠😉
Therefore it was this warm or warmer 50 years ago. It's called solar cycles . It's not co2, it's the sun. The powers that be haven't figured out how to tax the sun ! Yet

This pattern reminds me of the year my parents bought a house for us to move into and thst christmas day it was 73°F and was riding my brand new bicycle up and down our street. Two weeks later we had blizzard like conditions from heavy lake effect snow squalls. Winter in Northeast Ohio can be a bit crazy at times.

I dreamed totally unforecast unforseen last night. I picked up my phone and it said Natl weather service alert 90mph. I looked up at everyone in the room and I said the natl weather service is conservative on wind speeds it was for northern Oklahoma. I woke up. Dozed back off and dreamed twas nighttime out and my area trees were snapping transformers blowing up everywhere lighting up the sky blue green. Winds roaring like a jet loud crashes and booms from trees blowing down I was watching 90-100mph Nonthunderstorm winds. This is what I dreamed for Christmas 2023 it was Insane.
This is our third christmas in arkansas and my 4 year old told me on Saturday "santa forgot to bring us snow so we cant have christmas now i guess". 😂😂. It has definitely been warmer this christmas then it usually is here. Which im not mad about.
I'm in Ohio. I love the warmer Christmas weather. If the climate is getting warmer for us, I'm all for it. After all Western Ohio was at one time a warm area. Who's to say what the weather is supposed to be.
A "ton of snow" is what happened on Lebanon's Mountains off of Eastern Mediterranean Sea in February, 2012 because of Atmosphere Rivers. They got FORTY FEET OF SNOW IN JUST FIVE DAYS!!!!!!!! That's has to be a worldwide record for a continuous snowstorm. What would any city or rural countryside in the world do with that snowfall amount?

Holy bujeebas! The entire states of S Dakota and Nebraska are under some sort of winter weather warnings. Of the Ice Storm, Winter Weather Advisory, Blizzard, Winter Storm, High Wind warnings, like 3/4 of them are the Blizzard and Ice Storm warnings. It must be a complete mess out there right now in those 2 states.
Winter wars, attack of the cyclones. With how hot this summer was, some of this cold is welcomed. Blizzards however are not fun, remember experiencing one on a trip to North Carolina.
So Europe was known for warm winters and New England known for frigid winters..also the Arctic is thawing...now frigid weather in the south..this tells me that the Gulf stream has changed course..i'll bet the Gulf stream fluctuates back and forth every few thousand years..Greenland was so named by the Vikings for exactly that reason..that in the past it was warm enough to grow crops. I would say they will find that the Gulf stream is now running up the North American coast and that is causing polar vortex to freeze the south...this is why Maine is having such warm temperatures in the winter..and Europe is freezing..all that warm air is coming to the Arctic circle...and it will thaw and warm up and vegetation will grow in Labrador bebore it is through...Mainers need to be aware of poisonous snakes..i do believe in the global warming theory
Last time I checked it’s winter dude and your point we’ve had bad storms before I live in New Jersey and we have north eastern all the time and hurricanes so I don’t get your point it’s a winter storm

Seems any long term forecasting is basically useless when short term forecasts don’t pan out as they’re predicted.
