I've got dark circles just like yours, i have tried every damn cream to get rid of them but they just dont go away but after looking at ur bare face i thought we can pull out over everything with our imperfections, you are beautiful with or without makeup, love you❤️
I think you should mix orange concealer to hide darkness then blend it with yellow to brighten your eyes. And then put the same your same color concealer. And blending is the key. Blend it nicely.

Beau tube I'm not sure but I would recommend you to use after you reach 20 because it contains some chemicals too... However, you should use sunscreen and light moisturizer everyday as it will slows down the aging process. Hope this helps 😊
