I love the games you've made! I have adhd and can't decide on anything, having games help me make progress on my wips, that's how my giant monopoly game came into existence! It chooses my project+how many stitches I need to do!
I hadn't realised I'd combined two of your challenges but I'm a very thankful for all the great ideas you have come up with. I think it will certainly help me get some stitching into some of my older wips as well as my newer ones. Happy stitching.
I love your games! I would love to watch you choose acrostics or wip selection based on words/description in your home language. I love learning about new languages and words!
@@Pharmageek06 I don’t even know if there would be a random word generator with Dutch words. I searched for one, you can’t select how many letters of length or they ask what letters have to be in it. The English version is still the best for now.
I’m really loving all your videos 🥰 It’s like sitting stitching with a friend. The minute stitching becomes a chore it’s so hard to make progress. These games sound so exciting and fun to do! Mind games are needed here too sometimes and if I start to lose my stitchy mojo you’ve given me plenty of ideas and motivation to switch things up ☺️🪡✨💜 Lissxstitches
I think adding challenges/games/boards to the stitching routine really adds some fun and helps keep the stitching mojo going! Have fun! I look forward to hearing how well your game is working for you in future flosstubes.
Thank you Siske for these exciting new ideas to make us stitch even more ❤ With your help and your inspiration I will start planning for next year's projects using your boards ❤
The wips I work on a lot have their own frame. The others I know I don’t work regularly on them: I remove the frames. I don’t have a frame for each of my wips. Thank you for watching, commenting and happy stitching
How exciting Siske...i cant wait to see your update and what charts and stitch amount you get this week. Your excitement is so contagious....i love it!! Hope your kids have a great 1st day and week of school 🏫 Happy stitching my friend...bye for now ❤️ P.S. Im living vicariously thru you, Big Hugs 🫂 JoDee
So glad I found your channel. I'm flat on my back with 3 broken bones in my ankle. Since I can't stitch, I can still enjoy your stitching. I'm a full coverage, full cross stitcher currently working on The Museum Shelf, max colors. Currently 76% complete. It's a set back but in a couple weeks I will be able to sit up and it will be stitch, stitch, stitch.
@@rebeccagary2978 hi Rebecca, this is sad news, hopefully you will be able to stitch again soon. Can you do some crocheting ? Or do you some bobbinating? Glad I could keep you companion. I have the museum shelf as ssmc pattern 🙈Thank you for watching, commenting and get well soon
Such a great idea for a game! Thanks for sharing. Edit: It was me who started 5 wips. I started because I wanted to play the acrostic not for any other reason. I love games, I play alot of video games etc. It never occurred to me to play with my cross stitching.
Hi Siske! What a brilliant idea to create the game boards with 5 letter words…. Love it 🥰 I do the WIPGO board with Jessie Marie and love that format but I never thought about doing multiple boards using different words… I generally try and do a minimum of 1,000 stitches on my WIPs based on a prompt from some of the other games around FB… but some months I get bored with those prompts and have nothing to fit so doing these boards maybe a way to get motivated on some of those WIPs that are sitting in the WIP basket with little or no love 😂 I live in Perth, Western Australia - it sounds like I to need to join that group seeing as my home town is an acrostic challenge 🤭🤭 Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and WIPs and your imagination ❤ Hugs xx
@@stitchingnoni wipgo is great as extra I think , if you haven’t the issue like me: when it is draw and you don’t want to do it or the goal is too high. I never succeeded in wipgo 🙈 so this I can change when I want, wipgo is for a whole year too. These boards you do the rolls when you want, biggest difference I guess. And it is also an alternative for the 10000xx goals of Kels stitches and Jenn the caffeinated crafter. They pull from a basket and that is the fixed wips , I can’t handle that: I tried it too, so now I can keep track of those 42 wips and see what I can get done without being attached at 7 weekly wips. Thank you for watching and commenting. Happy stitching
Hello Siske. What a terrific idea to do your own game/board. It is far better to do something that works for you. For those who don't do Instagram like me, could you put a photo of the board on your community tab? I have to wade my way through several quilt projects before I can get back to very much cross stitch. But I have a whole other system for those projects/priorities. Best of luck getting unblocked and getting your stitching mojo back!
