Actually, if I don't think anyone gets the whole indie-dance crossover like 90's kids would have done. There were so many bands of that era who experimented with that kind of sound. Maybe do a little bit more research, I think you'll be surprised...

Noel Gallagher and his new band are NOT Oasis and Noel doesn't want to make a living playing Oasis songs. I love the way Noel is evolving as a musician. He'll always be able to write a belter of a pop song at any time but he's so talented and wants to explore new avenues musically. Personally, I love all of Noel's solo work and I'm happy that he's stepping out of his comfort zone.
@Kristin Penta we all have every Oasis album, all the singles, all the B-sides, demos, unreleased songs, bootlegs, etc....amazing music that'll live on forever and who knows if it'll ever be recreated. Right now Noel is creating some amazing music that people are missing out on because it doesn't sound like Oasis. If I want Oasis I have thousands of Oasis songs to listen to. Let Noel be at his creative best and let's enjoy the gift of music that he is giving us and we are listening to and downloading illegally.
Nah, this is not good music period..... He could also escape to the Himalayas and disappear if he wanted to. The brutal truth is that this song is pure CRAP in any genera and in any time. This is the farthest from his previous work in terms of QUALITY. Its a bad INXS immitation song.

I know it wasn’t even that long ago, but I still have very fond memories of the day this came out. I had just discovered the Gallaghers a few months earlier and this was the first release from either of them that I got to experience as it happened.
Anyone with a decent music head will appreciate this.. people who are stuck in the oasis era will complain.

Watched him live twice and honestly specially the second time thought it was quite terrible, the quality was good but it was just boring, too much new bad songs, wouldnt go to watch him play even if someone payed me the ticket, the second album was quite good, lock all the doors was a good song, but this third album is just bad, Maybe Liam is better off composing songs by himself now
@@rossr1987 I've seen Oasis twice; front row center and fourth row. His guitar sound is like a plane taking off FFS. I don't care if he puts out a jazz album - I'll never forget this man making an entire building shake, between the playing and the crowd jumping.
Think he's on about this shite. I was at Knebworth, Lock Lomond, Main Road, Earls Court and several Yorkshire gigs...it was epic. Oasis were godlike as a sum of the musicians involved. This new NG material is embarrassing. It's been downhill since Definitely Maybe and he's now reached sewer level.

Definitely great! This video is one more gem from Noel. It's so well done that it looks like an actual performance on Manning's show back in the '70s with a cynical twist by including a black singer on stage. I've always been a fervent Oasis fan and when they split up I didn't hesitate for a minute to follow Noel. Excellent for you Noel. You are great.
