Hey Ian, I'm super happy you enjoyed the Tina Turner reference. These things just pop into my head sometimes. It's always great to know my terrible sense of humor finds a home with someone else's terrible sense of humor. Thanks for wathing. Enjoy the Ride
🐷 Turner!!! We watched this episode on the patio with A-Aron, we could smell the smoke and taste the goodness of that Boucherie. Looks like you all had fun spending time with MB’s fam. The classic cars were awesome. I love the beer tap and rotisserie- engineer after my own heart. Great episode you guys 🍻
Spotted Cow from New Glarus Brewery (a Wisconsin staple), roasted hog, family and friends, Corvairs of all kinds, and Disco chasing squirrels, this video has it all! I've also sat in the back of the plane. LOL 😃
Do you guys remember Terry Carson, the rider you met in Montana? He seems to have dropped off the radar...His last video of he and his wife riding in France was over 3 months ago and they were not finished with the tour yet, as far as I can tell. I am wondering if you are in contact with him if you know if they are OK. Thank you and, by the way, love watching and rewatching all your videos, you guys are very entertaining!!
Hey Amy, Absolutely we remember Terry. We also noticed he stopped posting but when we went to find his contact information to reach out, we somehow lost it. I'm sure he's fine. Thanks for watching and rewatching BBB Adventures. We certainly appreciate it. Enjoy the Ride
As a kid i have a bike with that dinamo hub that pig bring back memories back home i learn how to do all the proces we start 4:30 am cook it we used achiote deep it in only for give the pork skin some amazing color amd very crunchy
Hey Steve, Sorry for the slow response. Thanks for the feedback on this episode. The Pickle is a gem for sure. It's in great shape and it's like a time capsule from the 70s. Disco rides in a collapsible carrier under the seat in front of us. He's not allowed out of the carrier while we are in the plane but he gets out and is able to walk around in the airports. He did really well which is good because he's are adventure dog. :) Thanks for watching. Enjoy the Ride
Yummy pig roast been a couple of years since we did one of those. Still getting emails from boise bikes wanting another donation. Like to spread the fun around. We hand turned all of our pig roasts by taking turns as the chief pig turner. I sure miss knowing that tina won't be making any more great tunes for us. Still no bike shops close as the nearest one is 3 hours away. With all that work around you looking to see if you come out of retirement.
Hey Dave, Great to see you catching up on some of the episodes. Thanks for watching them all. It's interesting Boise Bicycle Projects is still emailing you. I guess that's to be expected since you graciously donated once on our behalf. Human pig roast turning for the entire time is a big commitment. 3 hours is a long drive to get to a bike shop. Thank goodness for Amazon and getting stuff delivered. Absolutely no plans for coming out of retirement....ever....unless we run out of money. :) Enjoy the Ride
Howdy, IT IS!!! It's a motorhome made by GMC in the 70's and utilized a Oldsmobile Toronado drivetrain which means it has a big V8 and is front wheel drive. As you point out, they used one as the basis for the UAV on Stripes. Good catch. Thanks for watching. Enjoy the Ride
Hunter!!! Thanks for watching and for the comment! You would have really enjoyed that party, the roasted pig and the cold draft beer. Maybe we can meet in Madison someday and hang out in Mb's brother's backyard. :) Looks like you're enjoying the new 600X! Enjoy the Ride
As kids our family raised and butchered pigs for our own consumption. But never did one like that. That looked great! I bet it was goid! And regrettably I’m one up on you for old guy injuries. Not related to cycling but 2 broken ribs and many bruised. I’ll try to get back to cycling in November, hopefully. Enjoyed this one! Y’all take care!
Hey Bryan, That roasted pig was excellent. I'd never participated in that process before so I also enjoyed that. Sorry to hear about your broken ribs. I do understand what that's like to have broken ribs. In case you haven't seen it, here's the episode when I got hit by a car in Taiwan right before we were supposed to move back to the US. ua-cam.com/video/po4SL9mQrmM/v-deo.html I hope you can avoid whatever you did to break those ribs and get those bruises in the future, and I hope you recover quickly and back in the saddle. Wear a helmet. Thanks for watching and for the comment. Enjoy the Ride
Hey! Sorry we haven't given any updates or posted any new videos. We have been preoccupied with my Dad's health issues. He has had several tough and emergency surgeries and is not doing well. We have some content partly through the editing process and hope to get something posted soon. Sorry for the absence and thank you for reaching out and for the patience. Enjoy the Ride
Howdy, Luckily you have many choices for what to eat. I don't have $10 million and if I did, I wouldn't use it to force you to eat pork. :) Thanks for watching. Enjoy the Ride
Loving the Tina Turner reference. Your sense of humour Brently is terrible -Spot on with mine 🤣

Great video. The Pickle is way cool! Where does Disco go on the plane?

Is the “Pickle” the same vehicle make as the “EM-50 Urban Assault Vehicle” from Stripes?
Howdy,
IT IS!!! It's a motorhome made by GMC in the 70's and utilized a Oldsmobile Toronado drivetrain which means it has a big V8 and is front wheel drive. As you point out, they used one as the basis for the UAV on Stripes. Good catch.

Not a fan of a pig roast.
Couldn't pay me enough to eat that. But maybe I lie, $10 million might be worth it

@@BBB_Adventures Maybe when you win the lottery, you'll force me to eat it for money then. I guess I can wait

Hey Dingo,
Thanks for watching, even though it was gross. :)
