I had a fine needle aspiration on my neck a number of years ago due to an enlarged gland the reception staff were nice but when I got into the room the staff in there were so rude. I laid down and they put a towel over my chest and then wanted my Medicare card. I said sure please pass me my handbag. They talked around me like I didn’t exist. They bitched about the receptionists and how little they did. Then the doctor came in and basically told me I shouldn’t be having this done. I said my endocrinologist said to do it so please do. He was so rude. Then he started and told me to not swallow and as soon as I heard that it seemed that’s all I could do. He got it done and went to check, came back and said I had swallowed too much so he’d have to do it again. When I’d finished I emailed the practice and complained about them all… so god damn rude. Also when someone has a needle literally in your neck it’s terrifying enough without feeling uncomfortable with everyone else around. Emma I hope your procedure went well and it indeed comes back benign. 💕

@@belindadaricili how good! I would love to but we are using both of the spare rooms as home offices at the moment. A home gym is the dream. My fitness first is adding a reformer studio in November so I’m holding out for that x
I definitely know what you mean I underestimated the size and now it takes up a whole bedroom. I’ve been really impressed with the classes and different instructors too I thought it wouldn’t be as good as a in studio experience. Sounds like form is great aswell x
