Yeah it's random when he appears, but I believe he appears earlier if Ling Cao dies (Which you can't let happen obviously) or if you complete 'Defense of Nanman' and he appears on the Elephants.
@@KoeiRareWeaponsChannel I got the weapon the other day, seems like you have to wait for Ling Tong _after_ Zhou Yu gives the order to break the frigates. He won’t appear if you immediately burn the ship.
Dynasty warriors 6 might've been worth it if Gan Ning kept his original weapon and his True Speed was basically his musou attack #staywoke
