Wow! This one is over the top Neal! That’s one awesome set up! That cheese steak looked insanely delicious! I’m really proud of the way you’ve been able to combine smoking bbq and incorporating the griddle into these great cooks. Well done my friend!
Neil & Amy ,,, this video is different for sure but AWESOME you should do more like this it is refreshing to see something totally different from you guys .PS. you need one of those monsters in your yard. THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA..........
That video was awesome! That trailer converted into smoker, griddle, sink and storage brings back memories of the one I built in welding school. After. Completed and stopped at gas station for gas in my blazer. A man approached me and offered me $10,000 dollars for it. I couldn’t resist but now I wish I still had it.
Thanks for sharing with us Neil and Amy, enjoyed the road trip to TMG-PITS. They have some really good looking equipment around there too. The CHEESESTEAK sandwiches turned out great. Stay safe around there and keep up the fun videos. Fred.
This had to be such a great afternoon! That's a killer rig right there, but certainly won't fit in NYC🤣As always, your cheesesteaks look phenomenal! Hats off to TMG for their hospitality, and the lady behind the camera! Cheers guys!
I was thinking how much fun that must have been. Regardless of where you are doing the videos or who with you always bring your "A" game. Great Job as usual!
You should take a quick second and read the comments…. People are loosing their minds… just absolute hate. Didn’t like this should have done that… selling out…. It’s amazing how just a fun video can turn so serious and make people that mad.
I'm having flashbacks to my days at a busy pizza/steak shop. Scan the tickets to see how many onion/no onion sandwiches and start stacking ingredients. Green peppers and mushrooms were always last minute cooked on the side because they cost extra and most people passed on them. I'd have maybe 20 with onion and 15 without on at once plus we had two sizes. I was cooking on a 72" griddle. I always kept the left 3 burners on medium, middle two off and right on low. Definitely a different style but it kept me from scrubbing pots while on KP in the Army.... mess daddy would let me cook...lol
Look at you! To think I knew you BEFORE you became famous! LOL!! Seriously, I wish I was a trust fund baby and I could afford that rig... Dang!! Really nice work, fashionably late, you nailed it buddy!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🫡 ABSOLUTE FIRE BROTHA!! That’s 1 sweet rig to bless with a 1st cook from the Flat Top King! Cheese steaks looked on point, and I’m sure the ribs and chicken were $$$$. I dig the switch up episode, way to put it down for the Folk out there. Set me up with a plate there my guy, I’ll be there in 2 shakes of a lambs tail 😉! Super Dope episode, cheers y’all 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
I watched, ok, let this vid run to the end in support. Didn't thumbs down it: just wrote it off. I hope the pressure of growth doesn't produce too many more of these. 1000's of cheese steak vids by that many folks in a TShirt and ball cap at some "unique", "they'll love this!" spots. Shake it off and keep rockin!
Not really sure about this comment...whats up...you didnt like it because its a cheesesteak...or because I cooked on a bbq trailer...or something about a hat and tee shirt...
@@TheFlatTopKing Let's distill the intent of my comment down: this video is just fluff, possessed of little value past mild entertain to us and a vid for you to post. I get the pressure to build a channel and link two different channels. You have the best "flat top" channel out there. That's why after 3+ yrs I'm still here and promoting it. But, seriously, spuds, onions, cheese, smoked meat, bread -- "Ooooh! I'll make cheese steak!". 100's upon 100's of Billy Bob Nobody's have vids on that. What?!? No burnt ends? Greens? Geeze, dude, fish, veggies..I don't know. Anything not common to we "flat grillers"? Seriously? You've cursed yourself by demonstrating the knowlege and skills. Of all the things a pit company you hooked up with to showcase cooking, y'all came up with cheesesteak. Really?!? I posted with the intent of providing a boot to your "creative" butt. That's all I meant, regardless of crap "thumbing" on my phone. You guys keep rocking!! (PS Your better half beat you to a size joke. Demographic gold, dude. ;-))

One of the most important things is to have the right kind of Italian roll for your Hoagie or steak sandwitch. I am from outside Philly.

We need to change that for sure
Looks like yall need to put a wind screen up or season inside lol. Great video tho.
