Regarding the limit of old age, Imam al-Qurthubi, may God have mercy on him, said, "The Shaykh (an old person) is someone who has passed 40 years". Based on this, then anyone who has passed the age of 40 until the end of his life, he has been in the last phase of his life. Human life will end generally at the age range of 60 to 70 years. From Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu anhu, that indeed the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "The age of my ummah (Muslims) is between 60 and 70 years old.
