You are actually missing that fluttershy and there is a tea pot pinkie! When you get a full box of pop mart figures, you either get all twelve without the secret, or the secret one replaces one of the twelve regular figures. So you can’t get a full set with a whole case. You’ll always be missing one and then you have to search around like crazy to find it haha.
Oh heck no!! I would complain about the broken ones for sure. They are expensive and shouldn't arrive in that condition.... I would either ask for replacements or a refund....

You guys did have a broken Cadance in the Mini World set too, and maybe Luna? I definitely remember the Cadance, because at the time I was waiting for my own box to arrive and I was sooooooo paranoid some of my figures would be broken too. Luckily none were, but it's so unfortunate that you guys have such bad luck! And to get the secret rare, only to have her break? :( I wish they'd put those plastic bubbles around all these figures, because obviously they CAN, and it would greatly reduce the possibility of all these delicate parts snapping. Amazon definitely opened that box, because I got my set from Pop Mart on Aliexpress and they didn't have those big barcode stickers on them. Since Amazon sells individual boxes as well, they likely sold a single box, removed it from this set, and when they sold a full set to you, replaced the missing one, which is a pretty sneaky and unfair thing to do. XP I haven't looked recently, but you may be able to find the ones you're missing on Aliexpress! They often sell individual figures there. :3
I order full set boxes quite often, but imported from Japan. They always have seal on the box with "only unbroken seal guarantee a full set" written on it. The way amazon treated you guys is unacceptable, you paid for full set and you should at least get the double exchanged for the missing one.
Wow I have ordered lots of individual boxes off of Amazon and none have been broken during shipping. I feel like getting a full case would prevent breaking more than just getting one little box. I’m not sure what happened when they packed these lol. I’m sorry your cadance broke! I’d give you mine if I had another one lol.

I’d ask for a refund immediately it was clearly opened as you aren’t supposed to get ANY duplicates when buying the whole box
