Movie was dope just cuz you didn't like it. They gave him visions cuz he had a near death experience. Maturing the character a bit, plus it had hands down best action in the series. Martin made the movie tbh besides Reggie's scene

Mikes son is shown to be in a prison in central Florida. He is being flown to Miami. But if you look out the windows--or at the surroundings right after the crash scene--you see hills. That ain't South Florida. For that matter, outside of few select places, that's not north Florida either. It obviously was filmed in some other state or country. Further, if was Florida, they'd have been getting out of the water much quicker due to alligators.
Did Mike and Marcus switch departments in the middle of the franchise. I could swear the first 2 movies they were working for Miami-Dade Police and now they work for City of Miami Police.

This movie is a childhood memory that was the most fantastic thing ever. You build this thing up based on your juvenile palate. As and adult re tasting it reminds me of the saying never meet your heroes. I watched more of this movie thru this recap.

Besides some stupid things and story, the movie was quite good. Some actions scenes were really nicely filmed. And it was quite funny in places too
