It has something to do with workers who had very little time to eat (coal miners, laborers etc), so the common thing was to put peanuts into cola and enjoy a combined lunch-snack.

No it has NOTHING to do with her thinking she's the second coming of Christ. It seems like the same type crowd takes forever to get things prepared in FAST food anymore. They are too busy running their mouths and goofing around instead of working. They want 20 to 25 an hour to produce mediocre/ piss poor results.
Yes the woman shouldn't have been yelling like that as it is rude. However some people only get a certain amount of time to get food or a break and she's absolutely correct in saying that it shouldn't take 20 minutes for an order. I've worked at several fast food places when I was younger and I could make cheese steak subs in less than 10 minutes from time of order to the time I hand it to the customer while we were busy as hell by myself. 8.50 an hour but I had pride in my work. I've sat and watched some of these McDonald's workers horse play, goofing off and had inappropriate music and conversations going on while the lobby was busy ( 8 to 10 customers in line and waiting for orders) all to get our order wrong. When you pay 14 to 18 bucks per person for meals you expect it to be correct but these certain type of people don't give two 💩's less about the quality of their work they produce.
Again, she could have gone about it a different way but if she saw them acting like fools and it's the reason the orders are taking so long I'd be right there with her telling them to cut the bullshit and do their job like they are paid to do. It ain't rocket science and it isn't that hard of a job.
