I enjoy your stuff - I've been designing and building higher end furniture for over 30 years so my tip for you is just coming from experience; you're using a rip blade on your tablesaw and you're getting a lot of tearout with it. A plywood blade would make much cleaner cuts - You could go with a good quality combination blade if you don't like changing it much. When you get pitch buildup on the teeth you should take the time to clean it as that will give you cleaner cuts as well. You're doing enough work where it's worth having a collection of quality table saw blades that you change out for the different materials you're running through that saw Keep up the good work
My dear, my mind was blown out!! You did a great job. Your skills are out of the box! God gave you a great gift. You think how to build, whatever you need and at the end, it's built! I just started to watch your video. Every time it see them you amazes me. I will continue to see your channel and congratulations.
Bro I didn't even know what a Tambour door was, and now I get to watch you make one from scratch....... you have just hit legendary status I haven't been this impressed since I heard the word charcuteries 🤣
You are so, so talented! Your designs are obviously are thought through & you bring everything to life. I do recommend that if you use shears to cut fabric a lot that you buy Fiskars with the orange grips. They're about $20.00 & well worth it. But, do not use them on other projects, only fabrics. That way the cut is cleaner. If used on other things it will damage them & won't give you a clean cut. I look forward to more of your projects. Your visions of how things should be designed then bringing it to life is nothing but incredible. You have nothing but pure talent.
So awesome to find your channel brother Veteran. US Army retired here. We full time RVers and try to help others with the same dream. Watching your talent, brings so much inspiration and ideas. Watching reminds us of another gentlemen, Jax, from Tiny House Nation. God bless you and thank you for your service and inspiration.
Your like some old world master craftsman, with the care and precision you put into you work. It's just a pleasure to watch you work, and the fact that you're lovely to watch is just icing. Gosh, makes me want to start building stuff again! Thank you!
You are amazingly Blessed, you put things together like you have been doing this forever. I love following you because you are never boring. So proud of your knowledge. God Bless your journey love.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💕💕💕
You have mad skills! So glad to see there is still some young men out here learning skills instead of being stuck on a computer! Hope all your dreams come true, much love and respect!
Keep up the good work. Your instructions are falling on an old man's ear (79). Brother, I have a Master's Degree in Engineering and I learned a lot from you. Continue to use your skills.
Last time I made a tambout door I learnt that its useful to put some wood covering where the door stays when its open, to avoid something jamming it when its closed
WOW, nice work. I love that you use all natural wood in your builds. I hope you just don't paint it. But if you do 8 can't do anything about it but just voice my opinion & tell you I think you messed up. My grandfather was a carpenter & he was a all natural wood w/stain on it. The house he built I live in it & it has no painted doors or trim. All natural & I love it. Not one piece is pressed wood & it still looks great after 50 years. All I do it polish all the walls, doors, & trim. I wish he would of put hard wood floors in it. I hate carpet. One day I'll do it. I really do love your work, you've got a gift & talent w/patience only people could dream about & you keep getting better & better as you grow that gift & you work hard @ it. Keep up the great work sweetheart, be safe, & God bless, Chris from Missouri
You are sure talented in so many ways. And I can tell you're a perfectionist. We need more people w your skills. Woodworking is such a lost skill. Just beautiful!
Nicely done. Worth you investing in pair of scissors called pinkink shears. They cut with a small zig zag which prevents fabric from fraying. You'll find that you need to spray the groove with some silicon, neat if you have it or can of furniture polish high in silicon or even cut down a wax candle to fit in groove and run that around what you can access. Move the door back and forth a number of times to transfer the wax or silicon all the way round. You will find you need to repeat this every now and then as dust and temperature change can make the slide a bit stiff. Depending on what you are storing in the cabinet you might find you need a back wall between the tambour and your stuff otherwise your stuff will move about and get in way of tambour. Really enjoy your builds. 😎
You impress me in all your videos, i can imagine the length you go trying to do those stuffs, but over thinking before work and also working regardless of the weather, i give it to u man, u are the boss
You are very talented and creative. Congratulations on this impressive work. By the way, are you also going to do a final tour on your smaller travel trailer, the one with the Tambour Door Cabinet? I would love to see how you finished that trailer.
Dude, you are a magician. My grandpa was a carpenter/cabinet builder. You remind me so much of him. He had the same attention to detail as you. Keep going. You have a great future.
Just like all of your other builds/projects, BEAUTIFUL!!! Can I just say, though, I actually laughed @16:33 you carried that piece like it was nothing. 🤣🤣🤣. Please stay warm. Stay safe.
You are so brilliant and talented. I am amazed by the cabinet that you built. I get so much enjoyment from watching you bring your ideas to fruition. Thanks so much and G-d bless you.
I really enjoyed your work that you did on the tambour door. I’ve seen a few of these tires of videos. Everyone used the same type of adhesive to glue the cloth to the door. I am going to use a spray on adhesive to attach the cloth to the door. It just seems that may be another way to attach the cloth to the door. Thanks for your work.
DualEx - I love your videos Shipmate - I am looking forward to the final product of this Camper. I do not miss those upper New York State winters!😁 Stay safe!
G’day and greetings from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺 I have stumbled across your channel and you are a great carpenter and joiner, I know the work that went into making this overhead cupboard, it’s terrific to see how methodical you work I have subscribed and look forward to watching you turn this caravan into a really nice camper. Regards John
Really stepping up your game on these builds over the years, wow! I would worry about things shifting in transit and maybe blocking the door, but that makes broad assumptions about how it will be used.
Just started watching your videos been thinking and surfing yt like your homemade truck camping tent video noce job. I have been cabinetmaker most of my adult life about 30 yrs. Would recommend you put on some glue wood edging veneer on all exterior exposed edging Cabinets and Doors on your Timber door cabinet nice job and video
This was 7 months ago, and somehow i missed it. I clicked the like button right when i started the video, cuz i know your work. I sure wish it was January 2022, i would like to do some things over a different way !
I'm hooked.....would love to see the rest of these videos....have watched all of them up to this point. Can't seem to find any more. Would love to see how you finish this little RV out.. ..
I never knew the name of the sliding door. I had an old Hoosier cabinet that had that type of door that lifted up. It was held together with canvas straps. Looking good in there.
That's phenomenal! You're like some old world master craftsman, with the care and precision you put into your work. It's just a pleasure to watch your vids, and the fact that you're lovely to watch is just icing. Gosh, makes me want to start building stuff again! Thank you!
The tambor door turned out really well! Finally you upped your game and got those European style flush hinges and struts! This interior is going to be juicy! Always enjoy watching your build videos!
Hey dude, your work is great, I love the way you are always pushing your skills to their limits. You are a credit to your generation. Far too often we see no good mouthbreathers on social media who contribute nothing but you are an inspiration to many. Keep up the good work!!!
1 waisted hardware not needed to bump open the doors,-because they're still not going to open unassisted because the geometery of the lift supports isnt quite right. 2 how are the swinging doors going to stay shut while moving -? everything will be on the floor if you can't keep the doors shut 3 and it looks like you need to add some paneling inside the sliding door cabinet// in front of the rear track // to keep things from falling in the track grove blocking the slide - (which is required to be free from debrit to open the slide) jamming door shut permanently.. overall decent.. needs improvement video as well.. ps A plywood blade would make much cleaner cuts since you are not designing a clean trim edge with the work.,
When stuff rattles going down the road, the contents will block the back end of the track where you won’t be able to slide it open. You should put a little inner wall at the back of the cabinet, inside of the track.
Your videos are amazing. I just recently found your channel and I’ve been watching a lot of your videos the past few days. You got great skills and your very creative. Your channel is amazing great work in every video seriously great job.

Your building skills are phenomenal I enjoy watching u bring life to the wood. I know that sounds corny but I love watching ppl build 😀.
Not corny at all...
Especially a young black man. I’m proud
Me too 😁
@@demhafdjh6324 lmfbo yeah im surprised too. He was doomed at birth
Is this the last episode of this build so far?
You made that tambour cabinet look so easy! I’m sooo impressed! Well done 🎉🎉🎉
When you put the door on the foundation for the first time and slid it, I smiled! Love.
One of the things I love THE most is when you play NO music and it’s just the sound of you working. Karen Florida

That cupboard is incredible. Would never have thought to keep the continuous grain

For You to work with your hands as much as you do. Your hands are beautiful. You're an amazing carpenter!
I’d bring my van ambulance to you to convert. You are amazing. So talented. Very gifted. Thank you.

Dude, not only are your designs sick but your camera work for this one was sick too! Love watching your creations
I love watching your videos. You area master at what you do. Btw, I am an 80 year old woman, so you are fascinating to the non typical watcher.

I'm loving this little camper.
You have some Mad woodworking skills, love watching your talent, couldn’t resist commenting ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻
You are very talented and creative. Congratulations on this impressive work. By the way, are you also going to do a final tour on your smaller travel trailer, the one with the Tambour Door Cabinet? I would love to see how you finished that trailer.
You are the most interesting UA-camr I have seen in such a long time. Just a man doing what he loves, its great to see
You are amazing! Your creativity and desire to do something new that you've never done is very inspiring!
Ahh! The man with hands of gold! I haven't enjoyed a video of yours for awhile. 😃
That's exactly what I did, I bought a canvas tarp at home depot and cut a piece out of it. Nice Job
😲😲😲talk about being speechless because you were on point on everything!💡It looks pretty badass! 😎👍🏼
Great job DualEx! It looks great and works for the limited space that you had.
Dude, you are a magician. My grandpa was a carpenter/cabinet builder. You remind me so much of him. He had the same attention to detail as you.

YOU ARE REALLY REALLY GOOD AT YOUR CRAFT AND SKILL....I LOVE WATCHING YOU MAKE NEW CREATIONS....YOU WOULD MAKE A GOOD WOODWORK INSTRUCTOR......
Awesome job. My boyfriend could definitely use that roll cabinet. He hits his head every time coming into the camper.
Your creativity is amazing to me. Keep up the great work.
"Alright maybe not." I know that feeling. I was stationed in Fort Drum for three years. That was rough. 😂😂😂
Your carpentry skills are genuine, is there anything that your can't build...such craftsmanship, beautiful!
Beautiful
I tuoi lavori sono straordinari, le soluzioni che usi per i mobili dei RV sono da copiare!!! Bravissimo. Saluti da Italia 🥰👍
I love being apart of this journey. Great craftsmanship 😊
Loved this video. Is there going to be a finished remodeling video on this?
Nicely done! When I made mine a million years ago, I used contact cement. RWB ❤
Love your channel so much! I’ll never be as good as you wood work wise, but you inspire me so much! Thank you bro! 👍🏻
THIS MAN IS A GENIUS
Genius as always and well executed, especially considering it was your first one. Well done!👍💪👏♥✨
You are so brilliant and talented. I am amazed by the cabinet that you built. I get so much enjoyment from watching you bring your ideas to fruition.
Thanks so much and G-d bless you.
Did you complete the camper van? The last episode I saw was building the Tambour door cabinet for it. Can't seem to find video of completion. 🤔
You take my breath away with your creativity master craftsman if I ever saw one its you. talented is an understatement
I need a custom-made Tambour door, love watching what you create. Awesome.
Man it is just bananas how good this dude is at building
You have great knowledge so make sure to pass it down to the younger generation.
We are waiting for the storm. 12-18 inches expected. Great job
It's beautiful. They would look great in a van too.
I like that cabinet. Looks like a project I did 30 years ago.👍
I really enjoyed your work that you did on the tambour door. I’ve seen a few of these tires of videos. Everyone used the same type of adhesive to glue the cloth to the door. Putting on the glue was total Woodworking ASMR!!!
You are on another level. I am very impressed by your creativity and skills. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Looking good. What God bless talented hands you've have been bless with.
Wow! Now I've watched you build some great pieces but the details of that cabinet is just AMAZING...
DualEx - I love your videos Shipmate - I am looking forward to the final product of this Camper. I do not miss those upper New York State winters!😁 Stay safe!
You making it happen in small space situations I love the outcome of the cabinet doors.🤗

I love the Timbre at the door since I'm always one to be hitting my head on a cabinet when I enter or leave! Excellent excellent job!
I happened upon you 1/29/20....you are the real deal. I love your work....
I love your imagination and focus.
This was 7 months ago, and somehow i missed it. I clicked the like button right when i started the video, cuz i know your work. I sure wish it was January 2022, i would like to do some things over a different way !

Tapping into the ASMR crowd too, I see you. Great work as usual!
I never knew the name of the sliding door. I had an old Hoosier cabinet that had that type of door that lifted up. It was held together with canvas straps. Looking good in there.
Every video all I can do is smh in amazement 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Sigh, such lovely work. Gifted man.
WOW!!! your wood working skills are Out of This World ✨✨
Hey dude, your work is great, I love the way you are always pushing your skills to their limits. You are a credit to your generation. Far too often we see no good mouthbreathers on social media who contribute nothing but you are an inspiration to many. Keep up the good work!!!
1 waisted hardware not needed to bump open the doors,-because they're still not going to open unassisted
because the geometery of the lift supports isnt quite right.
2 how are the swinging doors going to stay shut while moving -?
everything will be on the floor if you can't keep the doors shut
3 and it looks like you need to add some paneling inside the sliding door cabinet// in front of the rear track //
to keep things from falling in the track grove blocking the slide - (which is required to be free from debrit to open the slide)
jamming door shut permanently..
overall decent..
needs improvement
video as well..
ps
A plywood blade would make much cleaner cuts
since you are not designing a clean trim edge with the work.,
Inspirational 👍👍 Workmanship and video/audio presentation so well thought out and executed.
Bro I appreciate your content. Can’t wait to get out the Marine Corps to start building my own.
Thank you for your service!! ✨
Love your stuff man, talented as hell!
Wow...that tambour door is off the hook!! Fantastic to watch!! Stay warm!
This gets better and better!
You really did an awesome job making those cabinets!😄👍💕💕💕
This Guy can really Build BRAVO🎉
You may as well be a magician. Awesome build and great (video) editing skills!
When stuff rattles going down the road, the contents will block the back end of the track where you won’t be able to slide it open. You should put a little inner wall at the back of the cabinet, inside of the track.
But it is Amazing nonetheless
You have so much talent! Looks great. My OCD can’t get over those two doors not lining up just right.. so minor but I can’t help it 😂 Keep it up!!
Fits like a glove.
Your videos are amazing. I just recently found your channel and I’ve been watching a lot of your videos the past few days. You got great skills and your very creative. Your channel is amazing great work in every video seriously great job.
I really enjoy watching you make the cabinet door. You are talented man and another great video.
