We were in a hotel room in NYC watching game 7 and just erupted when we won. Reception actually sent a person to calm us down as it was after quiet hours. I explained the reason -- I think they were all Ranger fans, lol - but half an hour later the night manager congratulated us, sending up a bottle of champagne. We'll go back to this hotel anytime!

Im a caps fan(respect for ovi) and due to lack of bias, i can share a pretty good perspective of this Panthers perspective: you made it into the finals two years in a row, last year you got cut off short, but this time, its your year. You slam down on your opponent, winning the first 3 games in a first to four wins series, but then they just snap, the team your playing all the sudden is incredible! They win the next three games with crazy goal scoring games, like 9-1 on game 4, and on the last game, the one that determines everything. You win, barely Oilers perspective: you made it into the finals of the Stanley cup. Not just your team but your entire country hasnt taken home the country since the 20th century (over 3 decades but only barely) and now your getting destroyed by a team way out of your league. Game 4 of a first to four series and you have lost the three matches prior to then, now if you lose, its over. But against all odds, you become a beast of a team. You start to destroy your enemy, and the next three games were won by you and it was not even close! YOU ARE ABOUT TO WIN THE FIRAT STANLEY CUP IN 3 DECADES FOR YOUR COUNTRY and you get beaten in game seven. Right at the end of the
The Panthers really did deserve the cup last year. And they got the job done that they failed two years ago. Although I think the Oilers are gonna win it this year
