@Lawn Mower he's the leader of nct 127 and nct as a whole, the other subunits have leaders of their own but when they're all together taeyong is the leader :) also everyone in superm is in multiple groups ex. taemin shinee and superm, ten and lucas wayv, nct, and superm. they just balance all the groups the best way they can !
Lawn Mower there’s a total of 23 members in the whole of NCT so all the units (127, Dream & WayV) and Taeyong’s the leader of them all. He is in both SuperM and NCT, Ten, Lucas, Mark & Taeyong are all in NCT too. But Mark and Taeyong promote in SuperM, NCT 127 who had 2 comebacks this year already. Not to mention Mark is also in NCT DREAM.
@Lawn Mower yes, there's 4 subunit, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, and NCT U, which is 23 members in total. As far as I know, he's the leader for NCT 127 and NCT, because WayV leads by Kun, NCT Dream leads by Mark/Jeno and NCT U is a temporary group that the members just need to fit the concept to be participated with, so no fix leader (cmiiw)

@@sara1eeee Yeah, they all acknowledge him as the point guy when NCT is all together. And even with support he knows that people are looking to him. It's a lot of responsibility. He wrapped up their big Vlive broadcast and made sure their guest MC Jaejae had a chair if she needed to sit for example. He is always aware of his role and hopefully he feels lots of support from the fans too.

Let's talk about how well make is this interview, the interviewer did his research, he gave opportunity to everyone to speak, and there weren't stupid questions like "ArE yOu GUys SInGLe?" Or something like that, they talked about music, talked about they solo stuff, talked about the groups, we need more interviews like this

Taeyong's English has improved so much. English is a difficult language but it makes me proud as a tyongf to see how he's really trying his best to express himself. Way to go, Taeyong!
TY works so hard and I was so impressed to see him push himself to speak English here. He got nods of encouragement from Mark and Ten but he planned what he wanted to say and he did a great job. He really went above and beyond. x
I'm from Morocco so my first language is Arabic and the second is amazigh then French but for me English is way easier than French and arabic
let's be real.... english it's pretty easy... in 1 year i was able to understand and write perfectly.... the problem it's speaking bcs i don't have anyone lol

Whenever he speaks english on his insta lives I go 🥺🥺🥺 Japanese its also difficult but he learned it so fast! I think he understands most of it but doesn't feel comfortable enough speaking it yet, and since they have Ten and Mark they just let them do the talking
He looks really cutee when he speaks English but he is not confident on it but he is trying hard let's support him😊😊😊
@@GrEaTvIdGirL actually japanese is easier for korean to learn than english because the Grammatical structure is the same. Some words are alike too. It is more complicated to learn english because the position of the words are inversed. Korean and japanese put subject and complement and achieve the sentence with the verb so the way they think is not the same than english who put the subject and action ( verbs) first then complement. They have to change literally the way they think. Japanese is very easy to pronunciate comparing to korean and english is a bit difficult too because there are sounds they dont use in Korean like a true L and R, F and V, X and Z sounds dont exist in Korean and the N/D/M/B are not pronounced the same as well. Taeyoung is really improving about the grammar but still lack of vocabulary. It will come bit by bit but he has confidence and used it without hesitating only switching to Korean when he couldnt really found how to say what he wanted. But he already searched for synonyms it's very good. Taemin need to put away his perfectionist temperament to be bold enough to use english even with mistakes. Fighting!

He delayed his comeback almost a full year because (among other things) he didn't like the mixing of some songs. Hell, he even changed a song after his PYN album came out xD But at this point I think he's been exposed enough to English and he seems to understand what they say in interviews, he's just still nervous about it even in his lives. He does lack TY's confidence in that sense

When Mr. Lee Sooman made the official announcement of SuperM members, he read everyone's name out loud but couldn't help to read Taemin as Taeminnie. So clearly Taeminnie is still the ultimate Maknae.

Witnessing Taeyong’s gradual improvement in speaking English is so inspiring. It really amazes me how he can be so busy with practices, filming, going to studios, and other promos, yet still have the time for language learning. Really proud of him. He started speaking english without any hesitation only switching to Korean when after multiple attempts he wasn't able to explain his thoughts accurately. He even searched for synonyms. The most impressive thing is that he gets the English Grammatical structure which is the most difficult to execute for Korean I think because it is completely different and force him to think in reverse almost. He will improve with time in terms of vocabulary. His pronunciation was good, it may be due to the multiples english rap parts he got in super M tracks.
