One thing that most people I know, question is..."seems like alot of work paddling all the way to...?" I think the main questions is, yes it can be hard on your body to paddle that far. But I think the most efficient way to get people out on the water is...short, convinient routes to places where they know have a good campspot. Been trying hard to map out my archipelago with good camp/rest-spots and sharing those maps on FB-groups.
Im new to kayaking.. There are rivers in my area, tidal water. What type of kayak is best for me? I want a sit on top kayak... What advice would you give
Hi, I am just a beginner on kayak. I bought a Perception Sea lion kayak. I was told it is not for beginners because it is unstable it might capsize and I might drown because, it’s tight. I am planning to use it on a calm lake/river. What can you advise? Add a temp outrigger? 😊
I wanna immigrate with a kayak. Distance 700km in open sea. No coast to have rest on. Is it possible and what kind of a kayak do I need to get? How many days it would take me? And how fast a kayak can run per hour? Any other advice I'll be thankful.
So you really seem to have your act together so here goes, I am 6'0" 300 pounds, size 13 shoe, I am in fair health but want to drop weight, I can't stand a trend mill, or walking laps at the gym, I have been kayaking a few time and found it very enjoyable and a great work out. I live in central Missouri and my water sources very greatly, slow lazy rivers to the fast current of the Missouri and osage rivers, small to medium lakes. Not wanting to be confined to just one water due to boredom, while the outdoors is never really boring it can become repetitive. I am hoping that you can direct me to two or three models and brands for a good kayak, and I do like to be challenged, greg
If I remember right, these shots were from a trip he did in Norway or Sweden - can't quite remember which. If you take a look around his channel you'll probably be able to find the video.
Do you have to wear all that gear? Looks pretty dorky, I bought a kayak for £40 and I have just been pissing about in the river with it. When I paddle, lots of water comes inside, is that normal?
I went kayaking for the first time recently and now I really want to do it more regularly. This was so helpful.

Which kayak brand is your favorite? And which brand would you recommend for deep sea?

Got to ask- are you in Norway? Those shots looks so familiar😷

Holy shit where is the location at 0:32 ?
This was in the Sumidero Canyon in Chiapas, Mexico. You can see the trip here - ua-cam.com/video/uHBV5qTLFd4/v-deo.html
Learn near cold water drowning. It will help you dress for the cold. Dress for immersion not for air.
Great video... but for carrying loads nothing matches a canoe for the same length.
