How to make quick and easy Pasta salad recipe| Pasta salad for weeknight meals perfect for meal prep

In my opinion, pasta salad is an underrated gem in the world of weeknight dinners.
Not only is it incredibly easy to make, but its flexibility makes it a go-to option for using up whatever ingredients you have in your fridge.
Here is the recipe:
200g cooked pasta (I used Rotini Pasta but any will do)
1/2 chopped cucumbers
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped purple onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup black olives cut in half
For the dressing:
50ml olive oil
50ml mayonnaise
20ml balsamic vinegar
Juice from half a lemon
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme

0:15 Boil the pasta until al dente
0:46 Drain the cooked pasta and transfer to cold water

2:11 Add all the ingredients into a bowl
2:57 Make the salad dressing
3:54 Add dressing to pasta and mix together
