my question is why were they allowed to patent that stuff? even the big one, throwing a capture device in a 3d space, someone else did it first... and that someone was pocketpair, with craftopia in 2020, before nintendo even applied for a patent. if nintendo gets away with this that sets a precedent that you can steal someone elses idea, patent it, and then sue them

It's interesting that they only went for Palworld on this but, they left Shin Megami Tensei, Dragon's Quest and other games alone. 😂
