Thankyou so much for the breakdown. This is very informative and yes, your explanations were understandable. I wanted to also request a video, if possible, for the standard of living in the UK. So we can have an idea of daily spending and expenses. Things like cost of foodstuffs, rent, transportation, etc. This will help us compare the value of the salary with living conditions as well.
Unfortunately no. Internship is compulsory for Bsc nurses. During induction you are given a temporary license which you can only use for internship, upon completion you are then given the permanent license which you can use to apply for nysc, permanent placement or japa😊
Thanks for sharing. Please, how do you get the night , weakened and holiday shifts, do you opt for them as extra shift or they come as part of your normal shift for the month? Secondly, as a newly qualified band 5 nurse, how long will you work before taking an extra shift?
Hmmmn thank you for this ma, the tax is alot.......the last part got me though dont be too quick to convert it to millions in naira. With transport, feeding and house rent 😮😮😮😢 there's almost nothing left. Is the rent or tfare also deducted by uk govt from the tax?
You will still have enough left. Don’t get deceived by those people saying that all money go into bills. You can still save up to 300-700 in a month depending on where you stay and still have feeding money
Thanks, NURSE. With light, your video has helped me good news. I'm now a registered nurse among the latest just this November thanks to your tutorials
Congratulations 🎉❤

Pls is it on self sponsorship?
The part that caught my attention is the "arrears pay". If in Nigeria, you go apply tire.
Funny how I didn’t even need to tell them, they did it on their own. The UK system has its own advantages trust me
I like da sign out cardigan😅
Please dear i need job in NHS Scotland, just passed my OSCE
Did you do self sponsorship
Does your tax get removed automatically or you have to calculate it yourself and file them.
Thank you so much for the informative video ☺️
Can I work in Nigeria as a registered nurse if I decide not to do my nysc?
Also are you able to save enough realistically and still live comfortably
Yes you are able to
Please my question is as a newly inducted nurse, can I travel to the uk through dependent and start working as a nurse without internship ?

So I want to ask.....do you work as Registered Nurse or your midwifery license is also in consideration for placement of your salary?
What is a band 5 nurse? I’m Australian.
Nice❤
Am looking for care home jobs to sponsor me for OSEC

Hello, they come with my normal shift. It depends on your ward and personal competency. I waited till I felt I was ready before taking on more work
@NursingwithLight thank you
We suffer as nurses! And you work more hours than i do….
😢
Wow tax is a lot 😮
Well to be fair, the amenities are a lot too, the system is also functional so it’s a win win situation
