- Part 2! The difference here is that we coated this brisket flat with spicy mustard as a binder, rubbed it with Coriander Seeds and Black Peppercorns and threw it on the smoker!! We made some Reubens with it when it was done and BOY was it delicious!! You gotta check out this recipe!! Check out our Corned Beef video for the pickling spice and brine recipe!!
