Guys i hv been using pads all my life...n beleive me I'm not lying this cup is literally the best , it's a game changer,im 22 n i ordered M sized cup n guess wt i inserted it well at the first try itself.If u feel it's not working then too don't give up coz once you get the right place that's it ,u will forget that u r on periods.
U can wear any kind of jeans pant without worrying about the shape that pad use to give.
