"kun" is more similar to "ah" which is a word where Koreans use if they're really good friends with that person...the equivalent to "Hyung" would be 'Nii-chan'/'Nii-san' or "Onii-chan'/'Onii-san' but Japanese usually use last names with co-workers. Yuta's last name is 'Nakamoto' and since Shotaro is younger he most likely would have used 'Nakamoto-san' but since they're in Korea and are close or close enough to age they don't really care what formalities they use.
