  • The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has demonstrated its commitment to human development and inclusion through the ongoing STEAM Camp (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) in Karmajiji.
    Mandate Secretary for FCT Women Affairs Secretariat, Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi, emphasized the program's focus on building capacity for vulnerable children, particularly those living with disabilities.
    TRACK UP
    The STEAM Camp, a collaboration with Prof. Hauwa Ibrahim's Peace Institute and international volunteers, aims to promote inclusive development and support the Renewed Hope Initiative of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
    Week 4 of the camp, held in Karmajiji, highlights the FCTA's dedication to leaving no child or community behind.
    Beneficiaries have shown significant improvement in understanding science and mathematics, thanks to practical and engaging teaching methods.
    Dr. Benjamins-Laniyi and her team visited the Sarki Karmajiji, Alhaji Sulaiman Muhammad Katsina, pledging continued support for the community and persons living with disabilities.

    The STEAM Camp concluded on August 23rd with certificate presentations to beneficiaries.
