You can find the Woodford on just about any store self in Dallas, Texas area. Ranges from $120 - $135 dollars...again, easy to find any day of the week.

I had the Bardstown BiB in hand until I looked up on the top shelf and saw Bardstown Discovery Series #11! Into the pour right now and oh hell yeah, this is excellent at $140

Oh man, I am dying to try the Jack 12...gonna be at a whiskey bar by the pour, way out of my budget! The Bardstown Fusion Series is very good (think of it as a step or two above OF 1910) the Discover 11 is apparently a grail bottle, again, gonna have to be by the pour somewhere on my travels. CONGRATS of the EW Sgl. Brl....that was here in NC for a hot minute about 3 years ago and then GONE like the wind...haven't seen it since 2021 anywhere! Cheers my Brother.

Hey Chad the discovery 11 is a good solid pour nice mixture of differant aged bourbon although a little on the costly side a good solid pour , $127 , I talked to one of my guys yesterday he is waiting on the 12 for this friday ... Thanks

Hi buddy. That Evan Williams SB is such a good pour. Dont let the proof fool you, is so much flavour in it. Is hard to find and it will be harder becouse is discountinued, they will sell it only at the distillery. At least this is what i heard on the whisky channels. So stock up. Cheers!!!

Hey Chad I have a Bardstown Black Label on my shelf not opened , but Sat. I did crack my Bardstown Discovery #11 really good... The Evan Williams Single Barrel was Kentucky only release and as of Late they realeased it for a limited time across the US ......I also like it... Very Nice on the Woodford and Relationships work ... Thanks

The Evan Williams single barrel was just for sale in Kentucky distillery before. That has changed recently and been made available for other states. In CA, oicked one up today and didn't see any more on the shelf. Cant wait to try it.👍

Any of the Bardstown origin series and fusion bottles are a buy all day. I’m not a mixer and I’m okay with what I drink regardless of temperature. I like it hot and summer can’t get here soon enough. But you do you. I mainly don’t mix because I’m a diabetic and I will never drink diet anything so neat it is. And they sold you the sample bottle? Interesting I’ve seen varying reviews on the malt Woodford and like rye you have to like malt. Which I do so I’ll be looking for one. Enjoy!!

I shop around town from time to time but the liquor shop near my house has treated me well for the past 8 years since moving here. They get a small amount of allocation a few times a year and the owner always keeps a bottle or two with a sticky note with my name on it and is away at msrp. I never asked they just know what I like and what I usually buy. Building relationships and not taking advantage of the kindness goes along way. Curious to hear your thoughts on the EW single.. I know of one store locally who has a few bottles but I always pass over them because I enjoy the EW BiB from their line up and that store always has something harder to find that I usually grab since its across town. Kind regards, my friend!

I would recommend giving the EW single barrel vintage a try. I have the 2015 and recently saw a 2010 I now feel I should have grabbed up.

I would love to find that Starlight here in California, no luck near me yet, I guess I could use Crown Blackberry, sounds good for Lemonade. Bardstown Wheated BiB was in my hands, I should have got it 2 weeks ago when I got the Kiawah.

The EW single barrel vintage was Kentucky only until recently. I picked up the 2015 you got. I get a lot of chocolate from it. I think it's very very good and hope you enjoy it as well...cheers

No it was a wide release until last year or two years ago that it became Kentucky only so usually if you see them in another state it's an older bottle unless they changed it back to a wider release

Glad to see you finally picked up that Bardstown Origin BIB. Always an excellent pour. I keep a couple of bottles of it in reserve. The other two Bardstowns you left on the shelf, the Origin white label, and the Fusion are also must buys.
I picked up a bottle of that Evan Williams Single Barrel last week. I haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to your thoughts.

Evan Williams Single Barrel , when I was in Louoseville in March they told me it's Kentucky only.... used to be available in 9 states but Evan Williams told me its KY ONLY NOW....
