It works, I had the same problem so in my case I got Unc0ver IPA and I intalled in my phone using (Sideloadly) utility, just drag the IPA to Sideloadly conect your device follow the on-screen instructions and the app will be on your homescreen. Then continue on like in this video. Good luck.

I gotchu dog, I had the same exact problem but learned a trick from another vid. Once it starts installing, immediately pause it. Go to settings -> safari -> and hit clear browsing data option. Go back to home screen and unpause the download. Once it goes from “loading” to “installing” (usually around 66% point of download) immediately switch your device to airplane mode. This should allow you to get it!
