    Shohaku Okumura.. I write from Spain, I just want to share that listening to the expression pronounced by you 'Opening the Hand of Thought' the mind has begun to function in a different way.., I send you all my Metta and gratitude

    around 34 min when he talking about not using the expression “letting go” of thought because he doesn’t like it, I think he means “letting go” has become a cliche and lost a lot of its significance but “opening the hand” is original and makes you think and understand the concept better without the preconceptions that we have of “letting go”
