Night of 100 Frights is a masterpiece in my book. I remember it fondly as a kid and have played it again as an adult and its still charming as ever. Feels like a scooby doo episode, excellent soundtrack and voice acting. And it's such good value for money, the game is actually really long and makes it fun and rewarding to have to back track through areas and collect more snacks and tokens. As a kids game, it's fun and charming. As an exploration and platforming game it's great and rewarding, some areas present a worthy challenge by timing your jumps and re-exploring areas to unlock more.
I can't believe that this game was the first and last time Don Knotts voiced in a game... Anyways.. let's hope that THQ would remake the game or just port the game

Love it or hate it (I love it, personally), it's very unique as far as licensed video games go, and you can tell that Heavy Iron Studios tried very hard to make a game for Scooby fans, just as they would later do for SpongeBob fans.
Actually you DO get a reward for getting 100%. In the main hub (specifically to the left of the fishing village), you’ll find the Monster Gallery where you get to view 3D models for every enemy in the game. This is what the Monster Tokens are for and collecting all the Scooby Snacks in every area in the game rewards the player with an art gallery. That aside; this was a great 👍 video.
It’s perfect. I always liked how certain places couldn’t be accessed until you got a specific invention. It adds a feeling of world building, like you’re on an adventure. It’s an experience like no other and will always have a place in my heart.

I recently replayed this game with a friend with the intense dread that I was going to discover my first video game was not great. Both of us are avid gamers. Straightforward, this game is actually very good. Yeah, of course it isn't a Skyrim or God of War, but does it have to be? If they remade this while fixing some of the flaws (collecting without reward, odd platforming), I think it could really be a hit.
I think that your Xbox copy messing up is purely your copy, I beat and 100% complete this game on the Xbox and that never happened to me. I played it on a original Xbox console however, the Xbox 360 backwards compatibility doesn't always runs/plays OG Xbox games well in some areas. Could be an emulation glitch. Funny enough I'm actually playing through this game on GCN now, I got a copy from my local game shop for about $20 a few months ago, probably have intentions of 100%ing it. Already did so on both PS2 and Xbox, plus I'm curious to see any differences between the three versions of game.
Probably the use some stock art for a film for this game we know not not for my own Daphne and I think they use on that when where the model has a white around the eyeball so that's probably the reason why cause no more hunting but bear stuff and scooby doo they normally don't have a white eyeball then the actual black dots for their eyes they normally have 2 lines then a black dog but we got scooby here scooby doo but that's the reason why That's my guess why
