4. Mew (even though it did have a lot of shiny pulls and the full art Guzma)
However, if you look at it according to the amounts of Psyducks pulled, it goes like this haha

Owen, I assume he had bought a bunch of pin boxes, and just seperated the packs by pack art for the challenge. Today, 9/6, the tins are released and each will have 4 packs in them.
I wanted to by individual packs more. I saw them in the tins and the pin boxes but never bought them. I will look for more of the pin boxes when I go back!

I went to the Nintendo store in New York and got the hidden fates pin bundle and got all charzard packs from the three in there and got the legendary bird rainbow rare
