SCION TC PURGE VALVE REPLACEMENT

2006 scion tc manual. I have codes p0451 and p0445. Ned to pass smog check in CA. WHERE DO I begin ?

I have a question. Theres a wide tube that has a Number 3 on it to the far right of your scion is saw it at 3:27. What is that called? Mine seems to be loose and the seal looks very old and worn

Its a engine air intake hose its ok if its loose the air is not measured by MAF sensor yet.
