It's so fun when this happens. You get a crush on someone, you invite her to hangout. She gets her boyfriend to it. Your romantic hopes are dashed but then you hit it off with her bf. Few years down the lane they both break up. And you don't even remember the girl. Happened to me that thing. The guy was almost ecstatic to see me when he saw me on a random bus stop on a highway some 3 years after we saw each other in person.

I think it’s definitely a combo of her hair being straight and sleek instead of the normal “body wave” she has, plus the natural slightly overcast lighting is different combined with that really pretty kelly-green coat suits her coloring sooo well. She looks beautiful for sure but I’m kinda weirded out the episode made it seem like she was annoyed Phil showed up to surprise her when she was meeting with her former French lover, it had a weird vibe, she even played it “straight” instead of the goofy-overwhelmed type A wife vibe she gives off it seemed more genuine somehow, which made the story line about her ex meeting Phil seen more serious idk, it just had a weird vibe. I didn’t like how they portrayed Claire at all, it really had me thinking she was going to cheat on her amazing husband in the show... sorry for the weird aside but that bugged me lol but for real Julie looks fantastic

Yo I'm NOT kidding this once happened to me. An ex was being bothered (read guy wasn't getting the hint) by an ex classmate of hers (or maybe it was some dude who used to have a crush on her this was a long ass time ago) and she brought me to him to scare him off. And while I was all prepped and ready to go all macho man randy savage on his ass, the first thing he did when he saw me was go nuts about how good looking I was ( I'm not kidding, and it was super wierd cause I'm not as great as he made me out to be and he's actually pretty good looking himself) so instead of going all ham on his ass I just got flustered and then we started talking about all the things we had in common and I kid you not we both ignored my gf for like an hour before she got really upset and had an outburst. We ended up making plans to meet up later and hang out without that gf. 😂 Addendum: I'm not his friend anymore because while I was dating that ex he got togehter with another chick who ended up becoming good friends with my ex (their friendship outlasted my relationship 😂), but then he cheated on that girl and it became a huge drama and he did do a bunch of questionable things and we all had to walk away from him. Shame but oh well.
Ofcourse people will on shame the woman on being like this....nobody cares about the fact that Phil was always attracted to Gloria and would flirt with her right in front of Claire and others.
