Nag iisang Rico Yan. Lahat ng sinasabi about sa kaniya, walang negative puro magaganda. Kahit di ko siya nakilala or umabot nung buhay siya, I'm lucky I able to know about him. Salamat sa movie na DAHIL MAHAL NA MAHAL KITA.

It's 2023 and yet it still makes me emotional whenever I am watching a tribute about Rico :'( I was Grade 4 when he died, at talagang naiyak ako non :( Literally my childhood heartbreak. 💔Kung tayo na fans lang sobrang affected at sobrang nanghihinayang sa pagkawala niya, what more pa kaya si Claudine? :( For sure napaka rami niyang regrets and what ifs kung buhay pa si Rico, like kung sila ang nagkatuluyan... I never realized that rico yan was indeed a versatile actor... maybe i was so used to his "cute" ways but this guy has the acting chops. You are still missed, rico. You could have been one of the most bankable actors of your generation had you been alive.

that's right. He did it all! He was also a humanitarian, im almost thirty now, but when i was a kid i idolized him. Im idolizing him even more now because of everything he did.
I was born in 2002, five months after he passed away, but I still vividly remember people talking about him. They spoke of him with such admiration, saying how good and one of a kind he was. I even watched his movies back then without realizing that the charming actor on screen was Rico Yan. My mom used to tell me stories about this incredibly handsome actor from her time, and that's how I got to know him. When I finally put a name to the face, I was drawn in by his charm.
At first, I only knew him through his movies, but as I started watching shows like Gimik and Whattamen, as well as his interviews, I began to understand why he was so well-loved. Rico had this unique sense of humor he could joke around without offending anyone. He was also very articulate and professional, a true gentleman. Knowing that he was even thinking of pursuing a career in politics shows just how amazing and forward-thinking he was.
Rico Yan wasn't just a heartthrob, he was a role model. I'm so lucky to have discovered him, even after his time. His legacy continues to inspire, and I now understand why he remains in the hearts of so many.

I couldn't help but cry whenever I heard Gary V's "Warrior is a Child," knowing that it was Rico's favorite song and was played at his wake. Perhaps God knew he was too gentle and kind-hearted to survive this cruel world. Which is why He took him earlier than we expected. He was truly one in a million.

I was just 3 years old when he died. My sister and cousins are a huge fan of him. I didn't know him before but when I saw his tiktok clips and edits there's something in him na you would like to know more. He is very charming and captivating. The moment I saw him smiling wala nahulog na yung loob ko. I used to watch kdramas and now I stopped bcs I watched all of Rico Yan's movies, dramas and sitcoms. And until now, despite all the years passed, Claudine still believes Rico was and still will be her greatest love. How i wish Rico is still alive. But i also wish that people would stop hating on Claudine. She lost one of the most important person in her life yet she decided to move on despite her pain and up to this day, she is still suffering. I loved their love team and i still do. Hindi ko talaga sya naabutan, but one day nung bata pa ako like sa elem school, I saw his picture in my lola's collection of her old photos. So I got curious that time, kasi he's so attractive and charming e and impossible naman kasi na relative namin sya HAHAHA I asked my grandma and she told me his name, his career, his age (he's actually a year older than my dad) and his good deeds when he was alive. I was so shocked when my grandma told me na he d/ed at a young age pala. My grandma even told me a story abot RYCB, and I was so hurt for some reason. And mind you, I like Ms. Claudine talaga and so shocked din to know na she's the last girl he loved so much before he passed away.
So bcs of my curiosity, sa comp shop nag ssearch ako pero naman kasi alam ko abt comps diba. Up until now talaga, nakaka shock parin and for some reason masakit sya for me. I watched their old movies, RYCB interviews and edits from fans.
And for some reason, everytime nakakakita ako ng edits nya alone or with Ms. C, I felt hurt and always wondering what could've be their life if it didnt happen. Hindi ko sya naabutan, pero everytime makakakita ako ng pics or vids nya, andun yung feeling of missing someone HAHAHAHA and yes, napagtawanan na ako nito kasi nga impossible daw yun diko naman daw sya naabutan ang arte ko lang daw HAHAHAHAH pero totoo talaga

Alam mo talaga na mabuti yung taong nawala kasi kahit matagal na ang panahon, NEVER talaga sya nakakalimutan ng mga tao.

It's something no one will ever expect that time kc tandang tanda ko yung airport interview niya... Ironically, after 2002, 2003 nawala nmn dad ko. kaya i lost 2 guys that is very dear to my heart. Till now, nalulungkot odn ako,may mga what ifs kung andito lang sila, Rico could have made a lot of movies and served the public genuinely. pero iba ang gusto ni Lord. He's an angel. I also don't ever want to see him get corrupted by politics. I will forever look at him as my very first crush and he will have a special place in my heart that no one will take away. My childhood crush. Wlang ibang pinoy actors ang naka palit sayo.
