Even so, I think no matter if someone is 5 or 18, they can understand when theyre being abused. Especially when they have something better in reach.

For real, I *HATE* when adults say sh-t like that while not knowing half of it themselves. Maturity does not come with age, same with wisdom. It's quite obvious if we take a quick look at the people in this world.
I'm 21, my parents split up when I was 9. I had to deal with similar stuff. And honestly, I still stand by a lot of what I told adults when I was 14. Some things changed obviously, but some people truly never gain any wisdom from observing and have been too spoiled by life to know what hardships a kid can go through.

Right, he even said you say that she hits you and cornered you and grabs you by the neck and I can’t do anything about that. How can a police officer say that. I know the judge ordered this BS and who knows why, but the police officer can at least side with Parker mentally and say I wish I could let you go with your dad and let him know that he understands him, but he has to follow the law. If he would’ve done this instead of all that other mumbo-jumbo he was throwing at him he probably could’ve persuaded him. He could’ve also told him hey if she does anything to you again call the police and it happens again call them again and all those recordings of those abusive situations will help you get back with your father. That’s what I think!

And kids are afraid to tell about physical abuse, not only the fear of not being believed, or helped; but for the fear the abuser would punish and physically assault them for telling. You may ask why I know this? Because it happened to me; no one believed or protected me!
As if you confront the abuser and ask them, why are you abusing said kid, that they’ll say “oh yeah, I hit him/her every chance I get”. No, they’ll deny, and say the child makes up stories; and when the investigator leaves and feels they’ve helped. Wham! The kid is abused harsher and more often than before.
      See what telling does!

When the cops came I always hear that they should back me up because police officers are supposed to “have the child’s best interests in mind”, but no! I just came across this and have been watching the videos. I'm so thankful that Parker stood his grown and got himself out of that abusive home life alone with with his other siblings. He probably saved one of thier lives because he was brave enough to stand up against his abusers. I was raised by a abusive mother alone with my siblings until she decided to leave us and our father. I know what he went through. Abuse comes in all shapes and sizes. There's millions of 15yr old children who have been layed to rest because they were under the abuse of thier own parents and no one would listen. Or seemed to care enough to make it thier business. Parker I'm so proud of you and I respect your decision to fight back and never give up until you finally got to go and live the life you and your siblings deserved ❤️

You’re welcome, Jonathan. I’m sorry you’re going through it too. I have to be honest, I mentally cannot get involved with anyone else’s life. I’m drained at the moment. This has sucked the life out of me and I’m only just now really starting to recover. I truly am sorry for what you’re going through. If it helps, I’ve talked about just about every scenario I can think of on this channel. In a nutshell, I recommend staying sober, exercising every single day, eat fresh foods (nothing in a box or can), sunlight, daily meditation/praying, and educating yourself through books, podcast and documentaries (idle junk like scrolling social media, corn, tv sports, etc ruin your mind). You must take care of yourself first, or you won’t be able to help others. I’ve learned that the stronger you are and the more educated you are, the harder you are for others to mess with. I wish you the best of luck. Hang in there because it does get better if you stay consistent and do the work.

it’s been very rewarding being able to watch his progress throughout all of this. I am absolutely pleased to have witnessed him stand against his opposition with such calmness. I also applaud the police officer, most of what he had to say was definitely wisdom and I was very impressed with his background. As for the Ex-Wife’s lawyer, well understood he’s just doing his job, but this is one of those times you don’t take a case like this, no morality at all. I’m not sure if it was the Aunt that told Parker about the dial 0 thing, but that was a bit of extra information I was pleased to learn as part of watching this video. I’m not super well versed into both sides pasts, however something like this should definitely not be overlooked, because a kid as young as that really has to have something going on for him to want to challenge something like this. All in all I am very impressed with Parker and I look forward to seeing more of him.

I have seen other videos where she doesn’t allow them to take personal items with them. She actually would pat them down and search bags before they were allowed to leave. I feel like the judge either didn’t or wouldn’t listen to the kids claims 0f what the household was like. Two years later he had to fight a fight very similar to this to come back home to me. To say it was the proudest I’ve ever been of him, would be an understatement. He’s now been back with me for two years, graduated and still lives with me. Letting him go was love, supporting his decision to come back was love. Letting my son make his own decisions was love. My name is river and I am 14 years old and I am actually right not going through somthing like this with my parents but my dad is being like Parker’s mom. Just like her. We haven’t went to court yet but I know he’s going to take us and I really don’t want to go over there. Recently I told him I wouldn’t be back and my mom is not forcing me, but he’s trying to lie about my mom and make me go back. It hurts me to see Parker like this. It it makes it slightly better knowing sombody is also trying to stay with the parent that makes them feel safe forever. Thank you for posting this on UA-cam. She refuses to let her kids call their dad on her time. She even confiscated a phone that the dad gave them and refused to give it back from what it sounds like. She refuses to compromise with the kids when it comes to their dad. It dosen't even sound like she's being open with the dad half the time according to the dad but who knows.
