I think I'm starting to understand cat behaviour. They're sleeping 20h a day, which means they have only 4 hours left for eating, grooming, fighting, playing. So to us humans those instant transitions from one activity to another make no sense, but from a cat's time management perspective they absolutely do so.
They were grooming each other so nicely, then all of a sudden, for no apparent reason...a weird fight, with frequent long pauses for reflection, culminating in a comedy ending (actually the whole thing was like a comedy)! I'll never quite understand cat behaviour!
I can tell you're a book lover. I can tell you read alot of novels by looking at your "style" of writing. You're caught now and u have to recommend me a good novel to read(fiction).

Having witnessed dozens of cat fights I can tell you those cats were in no way fighting seriously. They really love each other and it was only a toy fight.
