Yeah umm, you should play scp containment breach for a better spook, jumpscares don't count because they're just too easy to make and are just a loud noise with literally anything popping out, it could literally be a kitten or some shit, it's not really something scary, it's just something to chatch you off guard. There isn't that many jumpscares in containment breach so the horror comes from the enemies, ambient audio and map design, I guess there are some loud sounds occasionally to keep you on edge, like a random radio sound or a loud note after scp 173 blinks right in front of you and you barely survive or when a door gets closed on you.
I mean isn't all roblox content stolen? Most of the popular servers are based off Garrysmod gamemodes, Phasmaphobia and other "flavor of the month" games.

the scp 096 one was definitely the best 096 in roblox but it only goes after one person at a time so that guy must've seen him and then ran across the map, and that's why it didn't kill you.

Some scps that look like scp but you never seen are most likely trevor henderson creations. Scp fans and trevor H. Fans are constantly arguing that the henderson monsters are scps. Scp fans are split with this, while trevor fans say that they (trevor H. Monsters) aren't scps.
The only good roblox games tend to be SCP or AOT games. Seriously AOT Downfall from like 2016 is the best shit for nostalgia and fun. And there’s both SCP SL and SCP CB remakes that are banging. Also check out sl and can if you haven’t.
