No, I can't comfortably fit it over my shoulder and I'm below average stature. It's definitely a bag you carry in your hand or the crook of your arm unless you want to use the strap

The Mollie 25 measures at9 3/4" (L) x 7 1/2" (H) x 4 3/4" (W) So I don't think so as most iPads are 11 inches or more
