And if you buy directly in the Sidikalang area, you only need to pay 13 thousand rupiah for 1 large durian fruit...
As the bataknese im so proud that you've tried the Saksang (pork with the blood sauce), Grilled pork, and dali (buffallo's milk). Unfortunately you didnt try the arsik and naniura. Arsik is one of the original food in batak and it should be served in every batak's event (marriage, funeral, etc), it is golden and you guys have to try it next time (and dont forget to eat it's egg in arsik). And naniura is also golden fish, but the fish is not cooked (tidak digoreng/rebus/bakar. . It just soaked (direndam dan didiamkan) in citrus and then the fish will be cooked (matang). Those putu are not quite the same as the cheaper putu from mobile putu seller. I mean those putu you ate are made of better quality ingredients. That's why it taste better. And the price (3k each) is normal for that high quality putu.
nahh man, in medan there were 3 soy sauce, sweet one, salty one and the all purpose one. the all purpose one has a hint of sweet and salty but very mild so you can only taste the soy. this often used as complimentary for sambal. the weird taste you get probably because they add andaliman too. well we usually just pour it down tho not taste it

Biasanya daging anjing yang masih usia muda yang buat makanan, daging anjing agak keras sedikit saat dikunyah tapi lemaknya sedikit dibanding daging B2 dan rasanya enak juga mirip rasa daging B2 serta badan kita terasa hangat setelah memakannya jadi cocok dimakan di daerah bersuhu dingin. Kalau aku biasanya pesan saksang yang kelapa gongseng (tanpa darah) dan B2 panggang + sambal andaliman (tanpa darah juga), karena aku tidak makan makanan campur darah lagi. Saya paling suka makan durian yang dijual di pasar (Onan) Bakkara karena manisnya pas sekali (tidak kemanisan dan tidak kepahitan).

Kalau aku biasanya pesan saksang yang kelapa gongseng (tanpa darah) dan B2 panggang + sambal andaliman (tanpa darah juga), karena aku tidak makan makanan campur darah lagi. Saya paling suka makan durian yang dijual di pasar (Onan) Bakkara karena manisnya pas sekali (tidak kemanisan dan tidak kepahitan).
