I am an aws solutions architect associate. I also have knowledge of some of DevOps tools like Jenkins Ansible Git Terraform. But nobody offers me a job because my degree is completed in 2018.

You get paid depending on the project and there is no limit to the number of projects 👍🏻

Im a Full stack web developer working full time...I have 2 concerns..Although at the moment i don't have exclusive certs on kuberrnetes or AWS,will this effect in attracting potential clients?, i have worked with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes(with kOps) in my workplace though. Also you said you took "small projects" in your early days. What kind of tasks can one except in such projects ?
Certification do not matter in freelancing, and the small projects can be anything simple like setting up load balancer or web server 👍🏻
