I never can make them come out all perfect-looking like some youtube artists do. Watching you work through imperfections gives this artistic goober the feeling that I might be able to, with practice, turn out something equally wonderful.
Thanks. Yes, Fiona doesn't put her canes into squares often. She leaves them as one triangle and builds them. I'm still trying to learn how not to keep going. It was fun though and made cool earrings

How long can you keep the canes without assembling, if making them in advance?
I have some that are 2 years old. Back when I first started the journey.
