I think it has been said that when Alastor was still alive, he was a radio channel in Louisiana, and apparently he was also a serial killer, so I think he used his skills when he was alive to topple the overlords as easily.

I like the theory I definitely think Charlie would lose it completely if someone like Vaggie, one of the others from the hotel or even one of her parents were put in danger due to the angels attacks. I think Charlie is going to realise she’ll have to use her authority and power to protect her people and those she cares about.

Idk about the angels but I'm concerned Alastor would use Vaggie to control Charlie. She won't make deals to solve her own problem but if it were to solve her loved one's problems, she probably would. Alastor is smart enough to know this. He already made a deal with Vaggie about cameras, what's to say he won't make other deals with her with prices that get higher and higher. I think that small deal was foreshadowing what is to come.
Charlie really needs to take advantage of her powers and stand up for herself and her loved ones instead of letting people push her around. People taking advantage of her for being overly nice need to know she's not someone to be messed with.
Charlie isn't gonna kill anyone anytime soon but I do see a battle between against the V's with Alastor,Husker,and Angeldust protecting the hotel with Vaggie protecting Charlie with her angelic weapon and Niffy,and sir pentious ether being out of the hotel or not involved.if Charlie is ever gonna snap its not gonna come from a citizen/overlord of hell is gonna be from someone in heaven,and even if someone trys to break Charlie in hell there I'll always be someone around her powerful enough to make sure that doesn't happen.
Edit:Keep in mind both times she "Lost control" point A.When she was with Adam she almost lost it and probably would have if he targeted someone she cared about specifically and point B.when Val was pushing Angel around she snapped but Angel stopped her.
Alastor and Lilith have both been gone for seven years. Alastor returns after those seven years, but Lilith hasn’t. According to the lore, Lilith is one of the most powerful figures in hell. I imagine that even Alastor wouldn’t be able to stand up to her without difficulty, but Alastor seems (as far as we know) in good condition when he returns. I can’t imagine that these two being gone for around the same amount of time is a coincidence. Something happened. I believe that, whatever it was, forced Lilith to make a deal with Alastor. What the deal entails on Lilith’s side, I have no idea, but I believe that Alastor’s side of the deal equated to “protect Charlie.” After those seven years, Alastor returns and, for all we know, the first thing Alastor does is join Charlie and co. at the Happy Hotel. Whatever is coming… Alastor is a key part. Charlie is in danger. And possibly, so is Lilith.
Maybe he obtained some of her power…

I'm now imagining that Lilith desired to go to heaven in order to take Eve's place and make a mess there (to prevent more exterminations or something) but she somehow needed Alastor's help so they made a deal in which they exchanged power and Alastor received more power. Who knows at this point, I'm just guessing some things
Maybe, the deal probably was more power in exchange for Charlie's protection. What that power is? Idk, maybe more souls to take or just some of Lilith's power, whatever it is, Alastor, while he seems to be the kind of guy to just watch people suffer, this seems a little out of nowhere and I feel he's doing this with an alterior motive, not for the sake of enjoyment.
I'm curious if it's possible. That Lilith went to heaven to try to change the angels minds or stop the extermination idea herself. And made a deal with alastor to protect her daughter if something were to happen to her and possibly has been done. I'm a bit drunk so idk if it even could be.
The pilot has indeed been confirmed to be canon, so yes it can be referenced when it comes to theories and stuff
if you notice, alastor appears on the hotel the moment charlie calls her mother, sure he saw her on the tv but it cant just be a coincidence
i think that is just a coincidence. Alastor was watching Charlie on TV and after her fiasco, he had already decided to help her and was one his way when Charlie, Vaggie and Angel Dust were heading back to the Hotel. Him arriving at the Hotel moments after Charlie left her mom that message was just a coincidence
My theory is Alastor is actually either Charlie's mother or father in disguise. Would lean towards it being her father though as their designs are nearly the same and Lucifer carried a very similar staff in the picture too.
Also, Lucifer apparently properly fell in love with Lilith, which could explain why Alastor was staring at her.

@hmmm348 In one of the unfortunate leaks Alastor and Lucifer can be seen in the same frame so if this theory was true it would have to be Lilith which i doubt.
@@hmmm348 How would be Alastor and Lucifer the same person? We clearly seen that Lucifer did call Charlie in the series when Alastor was with the others. So that wouldn't be possible.
Also, why would any of them build up Alastor's persona with killing the older Overlords on a radio show? That just doesn't makes sense for a disguise.
The thing with Alastor is how much we still don't know about him. There's so much intrigue and mystery surrounding him and his power, and where he disappeared to and why. I agree that he probably did make some kind of deal with Lilith, but going by what Charlie's conversation with Vaggie at the beginning of episode 1, I'm not sure Lilith wants the hotel to fail, although what else it could be, I don't know. Everyone also keeps alluding to the fact that Al has been obscenely strong for a Sinner since arriving in Hell (obviously less than Hellborn princess Charlie should she finally snap, and not as strong as Carmilla or Zestial, but even Zestial acknowledged that Al is an anomaly), and we haven't seen him use his full power yet, so maybe in the 7 years he was gone he was secretly gaining more power for the inevitable battle that he somehow knew was coming. The scene where he says "It's time I remind everyone why I'm here," and cut to him killing those two goons makes me hopeful that we'll more of what he's capable of.
I enjoy a lot of the characters, but Al is arguably my favourite.

I think that, in terms of raw power, Al could beat Carmilla and Zestial, but in terms of overall influence and authority in Hell, the two are stronger than him. Mostly because he doesn't exactly care about political power
Zestial is literally the oldest overlord in Hell, hence the most powerful in terms of raw strength. And the pilot hierarchy showed Al on the bottom, while Vox, MissiZilla, Carmilla and Zestial are on top.
@@stardustwight1895 I'm not sure that scene had anything to do with their power levels. Al is one of, if not the strongest sinner in Hell and would have been on top of everyone. If their placement meant anything, it seems more likely to have been based on political influence
@@stardustwight1895 I would say that Alastor is stronger than Vox, given that he controls radio, and many of Vox's devices still require radio waves to work (evidenced by the end of "Stayed Gone"), so if Al cuts the radio waves, Vox is virtually powerless. Also, Al can use shadow magic and has a bunch of other abilities, and we don't know what else he can do. I think he was shown in the front because Vaggie was telling his history, so naturally he's the focus.
I don't think they writers intend to let Charlie's innocence become questionable so early, but I do love the idea of Charlie finally taking matters into her own hands, so I hope it happens eventually.
Gotta remember that Hazbin only got approved for 8 episodes in season one, so we’re already halfway through it. They’re gonna haven to move things pretty quickly to make everything fit

Well Charlie is technically a Hellborn Angel, which fits into her character very well. She's always tried to show her more angelic side to the citizens of Hell to give them some semblance of hope, but she may need to tap into her more demonic nature in order to actually help them.
That do remind me of a fan comic I saw a while back, where we sees the manifestation Charlie’s inner demon (baboom tzing) and upon seeing Alastor commented on how this one might set her free. I don’t think we’ll see that in season one but if it gets a season two good chances Charlie’s moral compass while be a venter point.
If I am not mistaken, a second season has already been confirmed.
It was announced in the release trailer of Season 1. So absolutely.

one thing I've found really puzzling is why Alastor doesn't tellanyone where he's been. Both when he is talking to Zeltesial and during the meeting. i think he might be under some kind of bidding vow where he can't talk about why he left. During the meeting when he brings up to Carmille, " You all mst hae been wondering where i've gone." they just kinda don't care. And even when you check the his reaction he look a bit ticked or maybe pleased. Idk just thought it was interesting that someone that powerful goes missing and no one cares.

I wonder if he made a contract with lillith or even the angels to get out of a jam, and he can't tell anyone what happened as part of a gag order (kinda like pearl in SU), but he can only if someone asks, which could be why he's goading people to ask, he actually wants to tell but can't.
If he vanished appox 7 years prior to that day, he would have vanished during or near the time of a cleansing. So people would probably just assume that's what happened to him.

In the pilot when they give the backstory of the radio demon , if you look behind him you can see the shadows of Husk and Nifty behind him. They were both Overlords at one point.
Idk about Niffty but husk was overlord for sure

So, the pilot is cannon beside the few things they have retconned like designs and stuff. There’s another really glaringly in your face hint that Lilith and Alastor are working together. The minute Charlie calls her mom asking for help in the pilot, who comes a knocking to help with the hotel??? 😏
He watched her on TV and then decided to help her for entertainment it was just some big coincidence.

Not only is there the scene in the Pilot with Alastor looking at the Morningstar Family Portait, but his appearance at the door is seconds after Charlie hangs up from her attempted call with her mother…

A fun theory is that, as vaggie said that alistor was so powerful when he came to hell is because of lilith, where in exchange for alistor's power from lilith,one of the most powerful being in hell, lilith took alistor's soul hence why when charlie called her mom in the pilot, alistor knocked at the door,almost instantly, at the hotel. Also why 7 years of absence for both of them. I mean that can explain why overnight alistor toppled overlords that reign for years, because of Lilith's power which can be comparable or surpass even the 7 deadly sins. If you think about it, getting souls is regardless of status or power. Like how husk was once an overlord but alistor got his soul. And how valentino said to Angel Dust, that even the princess of hell cant do anything if the soul is in a contract.
The one issue there is that Alastor has been in hell since the 40’s and HH takes place in current times, so his seven year absence doesn’t match with his taking over of territories
Another interesting thing is a poster in the back of the hotel in the pilot. It’s essentially a magazine cover of Lilith called “temptation” but there’s a snake around her and there seems to be alastor’s hands around her back. They are identical to his hands.
I think it'll be a little more complicated than that. I need to catch up, but from the snips I've seen...I agree with the theory floating around that Angel is going to die...and that's likely to be what pushes her over the edge and into killing Val, where she'll lose it. At that point...I think Alastor will have become so invested in his role that he's going to sympathize with her and have a way to bring Angel back, invertedly redeeming himself by doing something selfless out of sympathy. This will prove Charlie right...but she'll be at a point where she understands that you need to embrace both sides of yourself to do what's right, rather than aspire towards some false purity decreed by a side that shows just as much amorality as their own.
Granted, I haven't seen anything since the pilot, this is entirely from snips I've seen online and where it feels like it's going from that, I really need to catch up.

Denizens of hell can't be killed without using the weapon of an Angel. Even the people who get 'killed' and 'eaten' by the cannibals Alastor hangs out with sometimes, will revive at some point in time later.
@@AlexisTheDragon Alastor is complicated, he is officially described by two people involved in his development both as someone who likes the way he disturbs people, as well as favoring women in a positive light while either finding men detestable or pitiable. So it's probably not above him to have a positive impact on female characters or male characters he feels bad for.
And since he's canonically a serial killer hes described as being like Dexter Morgan where he has some moral code for his killing.
How much of this will prove true in the end? idk. But I'm looking forward to seeing how the show tries to convey this
I think Alastor is not as noncommittal and bored as he claims to be. I think it's a front.
Alastor swiftly rose to prominence and became one of the top 5 most powerful Overlords in Hell, if not the most powerful. That takes more than just boredom and a penchant for violence; it takes ambition, ruthlessness, and a lust for power.
But no matter how powerful he became as an Overlord, he'd never top the Ars Goetia or the Sins, and by extension the Morningstars, by simply remaining an Overlord.
I think he's playing the long game with his position at the Hotel, and I think Vox is onto his scheme when he says his main concern is ensuring Alastor never strikes a deal with Charlie. I think Alastor is the true final villain hiding in plain sight, biding his time to make a deal with Charlie that somehow gives him some kind of leverage over Lucifer.
And how, praytell, would he manage this?
One potential way is by offering to be Charlie's "muscle" and go deal with Val himself so Charlie doesn't have to break her principles and do it herself, in return for a vague favor at some point in the future, but it needs to be an official deal he can hold her to, not some vague agreement or understanding.
I could be wrong, but tbh Alastor's actions so far are not the actions of a demon lord who is simply bored and seeing where the tide takes him while he seeks out entertainment. They are calculated and intentional. He comes back from his hiatus and just *happens* to wander into the good graces of the Princess of Hell? Then he secretly attends a meeting of Overlords, and takes an opportunity to spy on others who seem to be his allies or at least on good terms with him? And then he elects to keep that information to himself rather than warn Charlie et co., his seeming 'business' partners and erstwhile allies?
Nah. I don't buy it. Not for a second. This is a demon who knows the value of information and is in a position to make a power play with the most powerful beings in Hell. That's not an accident. These are the actions of a being who recognized he can never go further than Hell's middle-management if he continued to play by the rules as they are understood, so he's changing the rules and setting himself up for some kind of power grab. I suppose we'll learn more when we see how Lucifer interacts with Charlie, but if, for example, Lucifer DEEPLY loves his daughter, Alastor could easily be waiting for a chance to turn Charlie into a bargaining chip by getting her, in a moment of desperation, to agree to a deal with him that gives him something to hold over Lucifer to force *Lucifer* into making a deal of some kind with Alastor.
Fun fact. In episode 5 husker did mention that alastor is in a leash to someone and it make a lot of sense that lilith is indeed made a deal to alastor.
I have other theory: Alastor voice changes when he lies.
Alastor went to the hotel because he is uncomfortable with the idea that sinners can be redeem, he doesn't want to believe that's true, probably because while he was alived he was a serial killer that punished bad people. That is almost sure to be true, bc the creators said they used the serial killer from the show Dexter as inspiration for Alastor.

I feel like Al’s purpose with the hotel and Charlie is because of a deal he and Lilith made to help not only Charlie but the sinners in hell by helping her grow into her own and strengthen hell to finally take down the angels for good.
except this is not what alastor is at all hes not helping anything hes slaughtering and torturing countless sinners everyday leaving the corpses deformed for his own pleasure and entertainment hes a sadistic psychopath and he came back to continue it. He has no intend to help charlie exact opposite he wants to see her suffer and is playing her like a pawn in his own twisted game shes in danger since hes the biggest they have without fully realizing it

I will say, since you brought up the trailer. There’s a brief scene of Charlie tearing up and crying as she touches a door presumably to Angel’s room given it had something like a heart drawn on the door with a picture of him and Husk dancing.
Maybe something happened to Angel later involving Valentino and that’s the catalyst to push Charlie into killing him.
Season 2 was announced like 3 months BEFORE the release of these episodes! That's how much Amazon liked it
Now that we have episodes 5 and 6, I think episode 5 backs up this theory a lot. We see husk say “Big talk for someone who’s also on a leash” and Alistor gets SUPER pissed. We also see him REALLY hate Lucifer for basically no reason. If he had some kind of connection to Lilith that might explain his hatred towards Lucifer.

He and Vox are people who NEED an audience.
Assuming Lilith was with him, what would they need to be doing to get ready on a 7 year-projuect?
Maybe Lillith saved Alastor's life when Vox founght with him, and so he owed her. Easily imaginable. Could this become a shipping thing?

To add to your point it then is interesting that Lucifer asked Charlie to meet with Adam.
As if to show her how merciless and cruel the angels are and to not treat them as caring or understanding.
Wow if this whole plan is to make Charlie accept herself as a demon that will lead hell to war this will be an amazing story with how she battles with that inner turmoil.
Her desire of care, purity and good will against hell and heavens desire for bloodshed and carnage.
Another thing with the connection between Lilith and alastor, Charlie calls her mother in tears and leaves a voicemail SECONDS before Al shows up at the door. Considering his teleportation ability I wouldn't consider this a coincidence. She might have sent Al home ahead of her to fill her in on what's been going on in her absence. Possibly building a army to fight the angels and didn't involve Luci as he's basically lost the spark to fight the judgement. Thus letting him see the broadcast but no one really seeing him. As you see in 3 at the sight of known overlords sinners run and hide in terror. Which they don't do when he's watching Charlie's broadcast even though he's right next to them. So seeing how bad the broadcast was and hearing her daughters tears, Lilith had assigned alastor to help her one way or another. Exactly how hard to say. It could be like this said trying to help her find her inner power or there could be other intent.
One thing to note is theat the sister in-universe series Helluva Boss has been indicating for some time that theres a big shake of Hell coming.
Their lore is the same lore since their the same universe.
I'm still more concerned about Valentino's Soul Ownership. Should Charlie in fact destroy the Overlord, is it possible that it would count as an indirect violation on Angel's part and forfeit his life? Usually contracts like that tend to ensure that the Owned are incapable of betraying the Owner by having penalties like that that can even be very stingy and literal at times.

Here's my theory branching off of this one; what if Alastor is out for Vaggie instead of Charlie? It could be that Lilith and Al made some sort of deal and also have been planning something by monitoring Charlie for the past 7 years from afar. They could have noticed that Charlie cares about Vaggie a lot, this is seen in multiple instances all the way from the pilot where Charlie, being the nice demon she is, tries to calm down Vaggie so she won't get into trouble and no one will be hurt. Also, at this point everyone has noticed that Vaggie and Alastor hate each other, and that's why I feel like since Vaggie is much more observant than Charlie, she could tell when a demon like Alastor is trying to get something from her. Something like... a possible soul deal? Because if Alastor somehow got Vaggie's soul successfully he could threaten Charlie with it by harming Vaggie, which she could not do anything about. Except if Charlie finally got to that breaking point.
Also from what I could tell, Lilith loves Charlie and they've always had a good relationship with each other, so I doubt she wants to harm Charlie in any way. So she sees Vaggie as a better target.
in episode 5 (which did come out after this video) Husk said something about Alastor being on a leash too. This could be Alastor selling his soul to Lillith in the past, which is how he gained his insane power, and now, like Alastor is doing to Husk, Nifty, and all of the other staff he controls, Lillith is doing to Alastor and making him watch over Charlie. This can be proven even more in that episode where Alastor gets mad at his old friend for bringing danger to the hotel. This can be even more supported in the same episode when Alastor starts calling himself Charlie's dad, since hes working with his mother.
People tend to forget that Alastor, while he is a serial killer, holds to a moral code which was in fact confirmed by at least two people who worked on the show. He only hunted murderers, rapists, and pedophiles. He claims to be helping in order to see sinners fail, but we have to remember Alastor has been "away" for 7 years, and so has Lilith. Given Husk's little remark about Alastar being on a leash, I believe that Alastor sold his soul or he made a deal with Lilith, so she basically owns Alastor and sent him to look after Charlie once she got the call Charlie made to her in the pilot of the show. I'm not saying he is a "good guy". Alastor does seem to have alterior motives, but what exactly they are or might be is still a total mystery. I'm not buying the whole "he likes to see other people suffer" thing. If that were the case, the radio demon would likely be killing at random, but he isn’t. I'm curious to see what will happen with his character in future episodes of the show.
Some more stuff you might should consider abt this theory:
Vizie has confirmed that the pilot "holds up pretty well" lore-wise.
Valentino's Demon-Minions are loan-sharks, demons from the greed ring shown in Helluva Boss. They are just mobsters in general, they could be anyone's men.
Overlords are killable by both very powerful demons and angelic weapons (afaik Vaggie has one, so she's a contentor). And Alastor is also pretty powerful and his war with Vox might lap over to the other Vee's. And we know that Alastor plans on killing Vox from Stayed Gone.
Though interesting theory, seems plausible.
Going to be honest my mind went the other way and thought Alastor and Lilith were in a affair and went on a vacation together for 7 years to do what a cheating couple would do.

Nice vid! I did notice that Alastor did use his non radio voice several times but didn't took much notice of what he was saying exactly. Also, forgot that seven years missing is true for both him and Lilith... Yeah, that's important for sure and they are working together, no doubt.

The show has heavy themes of maternal protection/love with characters like Carmine (her whole character currently is a mom that capped an angel for her babies). It could be foreshadowing that Alastor's deal with Lilith was to keep Charlie safe.
It has been outright stated by Vivziepop that both Charlie and her two goat servants are much more powerful than they initially seem.
That's a solid theory, but I have another one that runs parallel to it: Alastor is working on his own or with Rosie to the same ends, but Lilith is dead. Killed 7 years ago by an angel, which could've derailed a previous plan Alastor or Rosie were involved in, and now he's setting up Charlie to take her mother’s place.

@@crossedoutpebz There are several hellborn species including imps, hellhounds, loan sharks and the Ars Goetia. All of which are native to hell, are humaniod and bare children. Charlie definitely isn't the only child born in hell. It's just sinners who can't have children after they die and end up in hell. Helluva Boss is the show's sister series and you can see many of these species as well as the seven sins and the six other rings of hell there.

In the pilot episode, Charlie calls mom and leaves a voicemail, asking her for advice. Five seconds later Alastor is knocking on the door of the hotel. I'm pretty sure Lilith asked or sent Alastor back to watch over Charlie, and when you match Lilith and Alastor both being gone for 7 years, at the same time, it makes sense that they were most likely together during that time.

It's interesting that in the Pilot Charlie does actually fight Katie Killjoy, she does back away but chooses to fight back when pinned. She also manages to do this without transforming.

I agree with you on most of these points, however, a key bit of info that I find necessary for you to know is that the shark headed demons aren’t exclusive to Valentino. They’re infact, a hellborn species, native to the greed ring. An even more major point I feel the need to make, is that the overlords aren’t incredulously strong. It’s part of the reason they themselves can’t face the wrath or rise fully up against the angels. They’re outclassed by the Goetia, The Sins, and Lilith along with Charlie and Lucifer. (Probably Roo too, but we won’t have to worry about her character for a while) I see the standpoint of a war as the overlords needing to get Charlie to convince the Ars Goetia, Sins and her parents to help her since the nobles don’t usually care about the extermination and are both experienced and strong enough to handle themselves against exorcists. The problem with war is that one side doesn’t have trump cards. Heaven will most likely retaliate with all angels including the Archangel’s if The war starts including the true nobility. Charlie still counts as a trump card since she’s technically a Nephalem though. (A fallen one but semantics)
There’s a theory that the opening sequence in the pilot takes place at the end of the series. If that’s true, Valentino and the other V’s are still alive at the end. If that’s still canon, Valentino won’t be killed. If those goons work for Val, a more likely hypothesis is that those goons are there for Angel, and Alastor is protecting him from them.
I really like this theory! It makes allot of sense and ties everything together nicely. My theory tho is Alastor is after Lucifer's throne and wants to make Hell his "hunting ground"

I agree with Lilith making a deal with Alastor. But the questions now are why Alastor? What powers will Charlie have since she’s technically half angel and half sinner? If Charlie was able to meet the angels because it was Adam, does that mean this is the first time Adam was sent? Will we see Eve? What can be the reason for Lilith carrying Charlie away in that one scene? Was there a disagreement between Luci and Lilith? If there will be a war, does that mean Carmilla’s secret was revealed (for killing the angel) and for whatever reason is now supplying for the war? Instead of going for the offensive, will Charlie go for a strong defensive magic to protect her citizens while the Cannibals, Overlords, and those in the war go for the offensive?
1. For Alastor, my theory on why he was chosen must because he was ruthless, powerful, have a strong presence and not blinded by his own beliefs since he’s able to hear others out (Or he had shared belief with Lilith). Yes there are other overlords like that like Zestial or Carmella but the difference may be they have organizations while Alastor is going at it Solo. The fact Alastor rose to the top overnight can also mean he already had an idea on how hells system work and if that’s the case, maybe he already knew how the judgment system worked too since he said “The chance given was the life they lived before, the punishment is this! There is no undoing what is done!”. If he knew this, there could be a chance he did the worst things possible to be a powerful demon since their strength correlates how bad they were. I somewhat agree with what u said about Lilith trying to make the hotel fail. What makes me hesitant is that Charlie said it was also her mom’s dream so I believe Alastor was also put there to aid in that dream but not without protecting her until she taps into her full potential for the war. Plus There is also a chance (if the pilot is canon) Lilith knows Alastor might like to at least see his mom one more time, the deal to see his mother in exchange for protection of Charlie, aiding in the war, while raising Charlie to be strong. A far stretch but since he has a loving mother, it wouldn’t be difficult for him to see Lilith side. Maybe that’s why she is gone because she’s trying to talk to the angels for visitations lol. Idk
2. Since Charlie is technically half Angel and Half Sinner, her powers can either be limited or broken. I believe she has Angelic powers from his dad side (her default powers) while her mother’s side is still a mystery. Since sinners are given powers based how their “nature” back on earth, Charlie never lived On earth therefore was not judged. Soooo my theory is that her powers are nothing, as in it can be everything since she could not be judged therefore her powers are broken. It is whatever she wants it to be. But for the purposes of the war, she can choose to be the saint, the healer and protector of the sinners going for a defensive strategy while the others got for the offense. This way she doesn’t break her morals, more sinners trust her, and she has the power to protect her citizens and herself. But that can be changed for someone like Valentino who treats Angel dust like crap. Might not resort to torture or death, but instead a little rough housing.
3. Now for Adam. If he’s a colonel, he must have been sent regarding the missing angel which was later found but he was sent by Eve who might be the General, Who commands the armies. I don’t have much to say yet other than I can see Eve enjoying executing the citizens of the lady she most likely hates the most, Lilith. I can bet she was compared to being Lilith replacement a lot so it’s a given she hates Charlie.
4. The disagreement with Lucifer and Lilith. This is based on speculation but in ep 1 we see Charlie explaining how her mother and father got together. The falling out can be as simple as a change in goals, perspectives, ideas, and beliefs. They got together because they had a common goal. But now, from the released clips on Lucifer, we can see he became more materialistic rather than fighting for the liberty that’s shapes the people’s Sociological imagination. Put it simply Lucifer became a man Lilith did not agree with anymore.

If anyone were going to kill one of the Vees I think it would be Husk, Charlie probably wouldn’t be ready until the season Finale.
But Husk getting closer with Angel and having a sort of mentor relationship with him, it’d make more sense Husk would snap.
Unlike Charlie if Angel tries to stop Husk to protect Valentino, Husk would either be too far gone for Angel to stop him or he’d see the reason why Angels trying to stop him and push past him regardless or god forbid make another deal with Alastor to help stop Valentino.
That last part feeds into an idea I had earlier.
Instead of attacking him, we have Husker gamble with Valentino. Husker wins, he gets Angel's contract. Val wins, Alastor joins the Vs. Vox would manipulate Val to take that bargain and try to cheat with video surveillance, but Alastor could extend his anti-video power to souls under his influence, thus shielding Husker while they put the game in their favor. And if Husker wins, Alastor has indirect influence over Angel's soul, which would make Angel unable to register on his porn videos.
That would deal a serious blow to the Vs and sow major animosity between them while freeing Angel.
Other option is that Lilith loved to sing...you sing via radio, therefore a deal was made between her and Alastor. She would share some of her power with him, therefore his radio magic is so strong...and he would help/protect Charlie...or maybe make her embrace her demon self. In recent episode we learn that Alestor is on a leash himself, my guess his master is Lilith...and he might want to trick Charlie into a "deal" to break the deal with "Lilith" and free himself from any control.
i just hope charlie realises alastors intentions before its too late

I am so glad I’m not the only one who clocked the 7 year absence of both Alastor and Lillith! I instantly thought that was sus. I absolutely agree that Lillith sent Alastor to watch over Charlie. But I don’t think the relationship between Alastor and Lillith is romantic. Alastor is asexual, and while that may not necessarily mean he is also aromantic, that is definitely the feeling I get from him as a character. I can’t picture him developing romantic feelings for anyone. But then again, we don’t know what kind of power Lillith has, so maybe it’s possible for her to control or manipulate him in some way. I get the feeling that Lillith isn’t a good guy here. I think she’s going to turn out to be a villain by the end of the series. There’s so much emphasis on Charlie’s poor relationship with her father and she clearly idolizes and adores her mother. And yet, Lucifer is still around and in contact with her. Maybe he’s not the best father, or the father that Charlie needed and deserved, but he’s around at least. And while I do think he has been lying to Charlie and everyone else about the story of the start of Hell, I don’t think he’s necessarily an irredeemable evil. I think he’s just a broken person. Lillith, though, has been gone and, as far as we know, out of contact with both her daughter and husband. What possible reason could she have to disappear like that? Charlie heralds her as this beacon of hope and someone who believed in the goodness and potential of all sinners, but I don’t think that’s the truth. I think Lillith’s intentions are much more sinister. I don’t know what her reasons are, but I just have a gut feeling on this one.
And I really hope you’re right about Val dying at some point, or at least becoming incapacitated or having his power taken away somehow. But I really hope that, if he does die, that it’s Angel Dust that delivers the killing blow. He deserves that.

I agree with your theory that some arrangement was made between Alastor and Lilith, but I don't think it's because they want Charlie to fail in her quest. At the very least for Lilith, i think she wants her to succeed because that would proof Charlie is much more pure and good than the Angels who are revealing to be more and more like the true Fallen angels. If the history of Hell is true, then Lilith good get her revenge on both Adam and the Angels for casting them into Hell.
Alastor for his part, whether he believes in Charlie or not, agreed to help her in her quest in exchange for something. What? I have no idea. Perhaps maybe to have the strength/resource to take on Vox who has become more powerful since their last encounter, but for some reason I don't think that would be sufficient. Maybe have him take over the reigns of Hell once the Angels are defeated and Lilith and Lucifer occupy their rightful place in Heaven?
As for Charlie, yes, I also think she is a very powerful being, one that I think everyone in Hell is aware and respects. You can tell this with the way Valentino gave Charlie all the respects befitting of her station when she arrived at his studio. Heck, even Vox paid her respects by not allowing Val to go there and kill everyone there. Not only would this be disasterous for their public image, but it would place them right in the path of Lucifer if Charlie was ever hurt or someone placed a bounty on her head. That's also why instead of just killing everyone, they sent Sir Pentius as a spy to get info and tried to ensure Alastor and Charlie would not come to any agreement. it alll done discreetly.
Both Val and Vox are powerful overlords and they would not have gone out of their way for anyone unless they were more powerful than them. Had it been anyone else, they would have easily disposed of them.
I really enjoy this theory and I can see it being applicable In Ep 3, you can see when Zestial mentions Alastor's disappearance, Al has a moment where he squints and looks left and right while facing away from his friend. It was obvious Al lied when he said 'I just took a well deserved vacation.' It seems like Alastor is under some strange oath to not speak about why he was gone and where he went. However, he still wants to hint about it because further along in the episode when Carlimila is surprised to see him, he seems to be more than happy to talk about his absence before she dismisses him due to lack of interest.
I think Lilith and Alastor did make a deal, with Lilith pulling the strings and Alastor being her eyes on Charlie. I think the three V's will try to take over Hell or lead a war against Heaven and Alastor is really at the hotel to protect Charlie from getting killed. Lilith probably doesn't care about her daughter failing, but she knows that Charlie's dream puts her into a very dangerous position.
The deal could be that Alastor is to protect Charlie with his life and if she is in danger, he is to protect her. I also think Valentino will get bold and try to forcefully remove Angel away from the hotel despite Charlie saying otherwise. Resulting in the Hotel fighting against Valentino and then the Extermination.
But then that poses the question, Where is Lilith and why hasn't she been around to protect Charlie herself?
That would make sense why they're barely focusing on the Hotel- Think about it, they're doing empty summer camp esk activities and still allowing things such as drinking and what do you know Alastor brought Husk there-

I find the fact Alastor was for starters a serial killer, but in the comic released following a day in his life; he loses his cool, when another demon threatens to beat on a woman, and he refers to her as the fairer sex, and how it leaves a bad taste in his mouth like bad meat.
I definitiely think there's a kindness to Alastor a genuine care for woman, which is fascinating and makes me wondered if Lillith appealed to his 'humanity', because in his own way, Alastor seems very protective of Charlie actually.

I know that Alastor is shown to be some sort of controlling stake in the Hotel but during the Pilot we see Charlie and Al make a weird sort of arrangement where she demands he work at the hotel so long as he wishes it. Making him a sort of owner in the goings on and while no hands were shook, I feel like this is a great example of how these deals aren't always as cut and dry as a piece of paper.
It would be fun if Charlie gave up on redemption and we saw a scene of alastor training her.
Oh i nearly forgot some other point, If there is a war on the way, we most see the Goita's family in there, cuse theoricaly the whole army of hell are under thier beneath, and as i sed before they atc as Lucifer orders, so yea, i guss its possible to see the Stolas or any of his family later enough in the series

Since Adam is so narcissistic, perhaps he had imprisoned Lillith for not submitting and running off with Lucifer. In addition, if Alastor and Lillith did at some point before that made a deal to protect Charlie, that would tie Alastor into this family issue as well. I know that isn't very likely, but if that were the case then Adam would have to deal with Charlie, Alastor, and Lucifer all at the same time, which he obviously would not be able to handle.
Also, if I remember correctly (and assuming it’s cannon) the power ranking has been revealed in a livestream. Charlie would be at the same power level as Lilith, being the 2nd/3rd most powerful in hell under Lucifer

My theory is that Alastor has returned thanks to Lilith and is to find whoever made her go away.
As we know the only way a sinner can truely die is by a angels weapon so whenever one dies if they are powerful enough they might be able to communicate with other sinners who are slowly coming back.
Why Lilith isnt doing the whole thing is because it would raise suspicion as well the person who made her disapear would know she is up to something, but a returning Overlord? Who knows what his motives and mission is.
