Ignore all gyans. Let me tell you the method.
1-First your sim must have proper plan and validity.(Mandatory)
2-Recharge with ₹10 Top-Up above your plans.
3-Your plan SMS won’t work as the message of porting to 1900 costs ₹1.20p which is 20 paise more then normal SMS.
That’s it.
I do the same steps recently to port out from BSNL prepaid.
The indoor network really sucks.

@@S.M.Lmeri aadt thi ek baar recharge kra kr, sim ko tb tk recharge nhi krvata tha jb tk, sim bnd hone ko 5-6 din na reh jaaye. Is liye BSNL ne jyada tr plan mere liye bnd kr diye the, km se km sirf 153 wala allowed tha, or usme messages bhi milte hai, uske bina fayda nhi, kisi ko bhi message nhi jayega. Port ke liye message send hona to door ki baat hai. Lekin jb 153 wala pack khtm hone ki date njdeek aayi, to sirf 1900 ko port ka message na jaaye, bakki kisi ke no. pe message jrur send ho jaye, to maine is bnde ki advice ki tra 10 ka recharge kiya or port ka message chla gya.
