you can tell he hadnt been practicing his voice - my guess is he spent a lot time working on his singing in the deep voice. singing just isnt easy - hard to believe he got his voice so well tuned at such a low octave.

I know there's not a romantic relationship going on between them, but you don't have to be romanticly involved with someone to have a deep understanding and respect for them. I think these two, with all their fame, money, talent, etc.. have the exact feelings and deeper meaning of what this song is about. I think they probably had many backatage and off script discussions about this very subject.

Just that sometimes the actors don't perform the songs from the movie live and instead a professional singer will perform it. Such was the case with La la land. Instead of Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, John Legend performed the nominated songs.

is it just me or does nobody notice the resamblance to the Movie?! Just the Roles are reversed. Bradly is so awkward in a cute way on the stage. I'm a cop and have seen the result of suicide hangings.. I wish that they had a different ending for the movie.. so it's a remake, why does he have to die? I think you are spot on. Cooper says something in an interview about the relationship in the movie being about completely unconditional love, and what they are showing is unconditional respect. It seems that they both aspire to let other people take center stage without having to take any credit themselves or without ulterior motives. We are not used to that in today's obsession with self.

Their emotions were running high, you can hear in theirs voices that this wasn't rehearsed. Gaga is an accomplished vocalist, her voice live is even better than recorded but the emotions got the best of her and it was still this good and Bradley doesn't even warmed up his voice before that and he hadn't sung for more than a year and to do this in front of an audience I mean, how incredible was that?
Yeah I could hear several off notes and some breaks. Honestly kinda refreshing from how absolutely perfect the original is. Brain's like, "ok...ok oh so she is a human and not an android go figure".
Sometimes the stars align and some thing special happens. Pretty incredible, hats off to those dudes.
Gaga always sings pitch perfect, it’s actually refreshing for my ears to hear her sing with some off notes and voice cracks (probably wasn’t warmed up/ rehearsed for this + she has been having constant concerts for a while now, give her a break) she is still the queen of slaying all genres and sounding EXACTLY the same if not better singing live

Kate and Leo remain amazing friends to this day, not lovers. I have been huge fans of them since Titanic. I admire they freindship and I can't compare them to Bradley and Gaga. I have not seen a Star is born. Also Titanic is 22 years old Kate and Leonardo have been friends for years and have revolution road together as well. They were very young when they first started working together and became freinds. I just can't compare them to Gaga and Bradley yet lol. I really need to see this movie!
