It is the responsibility of the state where the men are deployed to provide transportation. Plus the unit commanders should have done something about it rather than sitting in the ac rooms as usual but this is nothing new. The return train is always small so the men will have to sleep on the floor while the top ones relax in ac boogeys... Nothing new. Pakala hoikene kun ir teh thakibo mon hobo.

There might come a time that our brave jawans might do something regrettable if they are treated like this everytime they go out for duty outside the state.
