I'll be installing and welding on a roll pan on the 1994 Chevy OBS Silverado 1500 Shortbed by using fiberglass and body filler to mold it on the truck. I'll also be debadging the Chevrolet sign on the tailgate to give it a more cleaner look. Thanks for all the support and stay tuned for more videos...SprayWay

Word
My favorite thing is when he says “I’ll cutcha back on”
thazsar yes sir!
I most definitely need that I'll cut ya back on shirt

You gonna need to move to a shop, cause you have customers in line man. I'm one sheesh 😁
I couldn't stay caught up and then I would have to start hiring 🤣🤣🤣
Ain't many people pay attention to detail like you do, I'm impressed. I like the way you got the lines clean looking on the roll pan, Great video.
Thanks Rick
That glove on the exhaust pipe freaked me out when he started priming.
Lol....I just grabbed the first thing I seen 🤣🤣🤣🤣
As always, clean! "Got it hung up by... 2Chainz!!!" 23:38
I was thinking the same thing after I said it 🤣🤣🤣I should've put a 2 Chainz clip in there

Be prepared to cut off some of the rear supports. Won't come close to touching the truck to mount it if you don't. It looks really good though. EDIT: That might only be if you have a tow package...
@@Des420 True that FAM,,,,and it do have a tow package
Let's get it 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Man I'm not even working on a truck right now, but I still watched. Keep it up brother you're making workers, not lookers.
Thanks for the support Marvin
I'm not into the roll pan or the wing, but, the work ethic and craftsmanship is what brings me to this channel. Great work as usual.
I really do appreciate the support Jamie....thanks
A1 as always I cannot wait to get started on my other OBS 🔥🔥
Appreciate you
Sprayway eraser wheels are great for getting rid of that type of glue and they make quick work of it great video man I'm loving the roll pan on the back of the truck now that I see it are you going to put the hitch in the hole of the roll pan (but behind it) with a flip-down plate, a reese hitch works with those roll pans like that great great video as always even better because it's a truck and I can really learn from it I loved it keep up the great work you're a blessing you keep me motivated and you always put me in a great mood thank you very much sprayway 🙏💯💪🏼👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Mike...I'm not sure if he's going with a hitch or not
LOVE ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you Michael

Thanks Craig
Another great video bro the truck is coming together nicely!
Thanks UPK 👑👑
Sprayway, I'm amazed at the results you achieve! I'm observing and picking up little tips , if I rattle can an item, if it has drips, I absolutely have to sand it off and respray it . It's all ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for all your support...greatly appreciated
Damn... my wife thinks I'm nuts.... (well she may be right) Now I'm buying a roll pan for my truck. I was going to replace the bumper... NOPE. So far I've repaired some rust, did the rockers, patched some holes, and now the roll pan. Not sure I can paint the whole truck myself, but I'm getting brave. :-) Keep the videos rolling, and I'll take one of those t-shirts if you make em....."let me take care of that and I'll cut cha back on!?"
You can do it all Doug...let's get it 🤝Thanks
Great videos. I recently acquired an obs truck and looked at several videos for installing a roll pan. Others just screw then on and go, seemed easy and cheesy....you went well beyond and your install was very clean and convinced me to try your process.... Thanks for taking the time to make this video and all the others. Very educational!
Thanks for watching
All I'm gonna say is SprayWay School of Automotive Paint Technology and Fabrication😅😅😅, he done tossed some welding in the mix like it was no big deal. Its funny how he make it look so easy though, you be ready to run out and start trying to paint your own car😒😒😒. Once again another AWSOME video and, looking forward to the rest of the build.👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Lol 😂 thanks man
As always!! 🗣 SprayWay killed this one!! Great job bro!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m a new subscriber to your channel, learning a lot from you , You have been my go to channel for learning how to prep and paint !
That's great. Thanks for the follow
Imagine what he could do if he used both his hands lol. 🤔
It's like a big relief when I put down the camera 🎥 especially when I'm painting 🤣🤣🤣
@@SprayWayCustoms buddy your video give a sense of confidence in attempting dash repair on my 1997 cavy.
From one alabama guy to another, Roll Tide.
Or War Eagle, I'm a tide fan but I like auburn a bit since they represent alabama too.
Just offering an opinion here. Panel bond adhesives are a great alternative to fiberglassing over metal. Plus they are epoxy based and will stop any possible rust issues that could occur.
Thanks man
I'm not a welder, but I can grind.
You grind out the best work, no doubt of that 👍
🤣🤣🤣thanks Big Keg
Great work! Sprayway the perfectionist!
Thanks Corey...I try to do my best no matter what
SprayWayCustoms always bro!
I love the obs trucks, I've always wanted to see someone cut the front bumper and bumper brackets off and do a custom front rollpan that would be flush with the grill then get some new Camaro wheels with some hub centric spacer/adapters to make them fit
Thanks 🤔
Thanks spray. Really enjoyed this one I was blown out by the transformation really cool.
I have been welding now for best part of four years as a hobbyist. Keep it up excellent.
Learn from fluxcore what you can but get into gmaw shielded gas mig sooner as you will find it less work especially considering distortion of panel flatness as the fluxcore is a thicker wire requiring more heat power.
I hope I can make my truck look even half as good as yours.
Excellent and many thanks.
Thanks for the info
As always family very nice work! Can't say it enough teaching those that want to do there own custom work. So thanks for the inspiration I'm starting to do custom powder coating.
Thanks NLC
Dude, you are amazing!!! Everything looks so clean. Hope your channel blows up cuz you’re the best at explaining everything you do and why you do it.
I appreciate your support of the channel
Keep bringing the great videos
Sure will
Now see...that rear-end looks awesome without that decal. 😉😊 Great work bro👍💯
I agree...a lot better 👌🏾
Hey nice work on the tailgate and the bumber area it blended in like a whole piece and i have some catchin up to do on ur videos so keep it up lol and dont worry on the haters everybody has a different view or ways on those type of things so keep on moving to awsome things peace
Thanks Chris
Well done sir. I'm no welder either, but I grind too. Good Lord Almighty that bumper looks clean as F. I need to try and buy my dad's 91 to do something similar.
I always liked the look of DeVille taillights on these trucks and my dad has one of those wasting away too, time to visit pops' Chevy farm.
Ok, that's what's up. Thank you
More work than you wanted on that badge removal, way to take care of it! There you go with them fiberglass skills! Lookin good.
I wasn't expecting that but I had to get it done..
Thanks 🙏🏾
As usual very good video instructional I didn't know about the fiberglass . that's pretty cool . have a 98 obs so I might be using it. You do good work
Thanks Tom
Bama boy at it again. Love it Brother!
Thank you Gary
Awesome work as always. The truck is looking GOOD... but one tip! Weld through primer. Where you did the plug welds, the water can attack from the back and get between the two metals.. just a little tip be you do awesome work!!!👍🏾💪🏽🙏🏾
Thanks 🙏🏾
We own a body shop and just wanted to point out the tailgate hinges if you ever have to remove the hinges due to rust it will be next to impossible to remove them unless you can get at that bottom bolt from underneath. Maybe should have made a cut in the roll pan to be able to remove that bolt.
Peggy, I agree 100%...I was thinking the same thing when I was installing it.
The grind don’t stop
No it don't
Simply Amazing work!!!!
Very much appreciated
You make that look so easy ...such an inspiration to all of us
Thanks Jeff
A grinder and paint make me the welder I ain't.
I agree 🤣🤣🤣
You make it look so easy great video
Thanks fam
Love your show Cuz The ute looks more modern with mods so far Still thinks she needs a little Chevy Sticker or badge though. Cheers Mate.
Thank you Glenn
