The bench was 275 so another PR. Actually, my bar and weights are heavier than stated. It was actually about 280. The same weight even feels quite a bit lighter at the school gym. Thw swings were a squat replacement for today. I love those things!
I do have better equipment at home than what is in the gym. The gym is a lot bigger and is easier to record in. The biggest problem with lifting at home is constant interruptions from family!
@@LCKStrengthTraining I find it hard to get motivated at home versus a gym. Maybe it was just the camera angle but it seemed like you started your deadlifts with your hips higher and your knees a bit less bent. BTW, I am deadlifting on a deadlift bar again and what a difference.
Nice job with the 270 bench. The 100lb kettlebell swing and your curls were good and a surprise. You don't typically do biceps on video.. Awesome job.
