I remember the toxic pet treats from China. Having to depend on them for baby formula is terrifying.
My cat got sick and eventually died from liver failure because of some pet treats I had given her. I did not realize they had been imported by a respected American company from China. I am still sad about the loss and blame myself for not reading the fine print on the label🐾🐾💔
Especially when China had their own baby formula scandal back in 2008 when something like 60,000 infants were hospitalised due to baby formula being "cut" with melamine which caused kidney damage.

Both Australia & NZ are suppliers of baby formula, & the Chinese actually have cleared supermarket shelves over the years of baby formula, to send it to China....which was stopped by both the government, & the supermarkets.
