1. She complained about Shamsi shouting, to make if seem as if he is just obnoxious and aggressive
2. She made herself seem as if she was under pressure surrounded by muslims (trying to look scared on purpose)
3. She offered a handshake on purpose knowing he was going to decline to try and make it seem like a thing of disrespectful knowing it isn’t
All of this because the cameras were rolling and she had an opportunity to try and make the muslims look bad.
These Arab christians (not all of them) are arrogant and deceptive individuals who have an inferiority complex towards the western world, and they hate us muslims especially the Arab muslims

My opinion, Allah knows best, I think we should stop this kind of interaction with non muslims. It is not pleasant. You need to interact with one person at a time. You should try to have a conversation without arguing. If it's leading to an argument, you must walk away with peace. And leave everything to Allah subhanahu ta'ala.
As a Muslim I really dislike the way our brothers debate with our Christian brothers. I miss humbleness and good manners. Be a Muslim in knowledge but be also a Muslim in behaviour.
Tell them we love Jesus as so much we want the pure message he received. Furthermore, tell them they are close to us and the holy Quran tells us the Christians are the most near to us. Allah knows best
