@@rohittopno-t7e, Haruno isn't a clan. They're just a family. And we only know one member of the Namikaze, which is Minato. So, it isn't considered as a clan. Sure Naruto, and his children are also Namikaze blooded, but technically they are Uzumakis.
Oh and btw, we never saw Minato use abilities from his so called, "Namikaze clan." He only invented the Rasengan (inspired from tailed beast bombs/balls), and we only saw him use techniques from the Uzumaki clan, which Kushina taught him.
He also mainly only uses jutsu that Tobirama Senju (Lord Second) created.
