- Preferred Barrel Blanks (PBB) - Barrel #2 of 2 shouldered prefit for American Rifle Company Archimedes. 300 PRC 1:8 twist, nickel plated carbon, matte, 26" Heavy Palma contour, 5/8x24 threaded. 49.3oz roughly
Never fired, muzzle crown good, threads good, passes headspace using Manson headspace Go (closes), No-Go (won't close) and Field gauges (won't close), all checks out. 2.918" CBTO jam just like with barrel #1. Used Hornady gauge with 168gr ELD-M bullet just to see if both barrels were similar. I am impressed. Sample size of 2. YMMV.

Unfortunately no. Been waiting for the MDT ACC Elite Long action or JAE-700 G4 in long action to be released so I can finish my builds. I think MDT is experiencing some production set backs or something.
CDG in 338lap is gonna be pretty sweet. I'm considering picking up a couple actions myself after finish these Archimedes builds.
@@Evintos Yeah if they offer the HNT26 in long action 3.850 left handed. I'd buy one.
I think I'm just gonna go something simple and cheaper. A boyd's AT-one stock in blackjack.
I've emailed them to see if they can either do it left handed or not inlet it for right handed and I'll do it myself.
Looks pretty good. did you opt for the lapping option ? it looks lapped. i have 1 in a 7-08 match chamber that shoots excelent. Impressed with what they offer for the price, i even sent in my barreled action and they removed and installed new barrel for another $90.
